Wallmate is a wallpaper app that allows users to explore and download high-quality wallpapers using data from third-party sources. We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is handled.
Information We Collect
Photos Permission: We request access to your Photos library only to allow saving downloaded wallpapers. We do not access or collect any other media or data.
Favorites: Wallpapers you mark as favorite are saved locally on your device using Apple’s CoreData. This data is never uploaded or shared.
No Personal Data Collection
We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts. There is no sign-up or account creation required.
Third-Party Content Providers
Wallmate uses third-party services to provide high-quality wallpaper content in the app. These services may have their own privacy practices and do not collect any personal information from users directly through the app. We do not control or manage these third parties’ privacy policies.
We plan to integrate additional services in future updates including:

Advertising

Data Storage
No user data is stored on our servers. All favorites are stored locally on your device. Wallpapers downloaded are stored in your Photos library with your permission.

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
User Rights
You have the right to:
Withdraw access to Photos via iOS settings
Delete your favorite data by deleting the app
Request deletion of data (if applicable in future versions)
Data Deletion
Users can delete their local data anytime by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any server-side data.
