By accessing or using Wallify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Use of the App
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
Account: User is not required to create an account to use this app.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, uploading viruses, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in any activity that interferes with the App’s functionality.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Some of the wallpapers placed in this app are created by us, some of the content which is copyright free is used.
In addition we use other free APIs, paid APIs, royalty free photos, non-copyrighted content, certain content we purchased, certain content licensed.

Ownership: All content available on Wallify, including but not limited to wallpapers, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wallify or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: Wallify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or included content without our prior written consent.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wallify. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Wallify makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or the content therein.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; and (f) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wallify, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Wallify regarding your use of the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wallify, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
