I just ordered my Trakker, when will I receive it?
You will receive your WalletTrakker within 4-5 business days. In your confirmation email we have sent you a receipt, on that receipt is your UPS tracking number.
Where do I view my currently tracked device?
On the top-right hand corner of your screen, hover your mouse over "Account"
Then in the drop-down menu, click "Track Device."
This will re-direct you to a page where it will show on a embedded Google Map where your devices are currently located.
How do I register a new device?
On the top-right hand corner of your screen, hover your mouse over "Account"
Then in the drop-down menu, click "Register New Device."
This will bring you to a new web-page to register the code number of your device to your account.

Is there a contract with this service?
Nope! Quite simply, if you want to stop using our service just cancel your subscription. No extra fees required.
I cannot sign into my account!
If you have forgotten your username or password we have an automated system that will send you either. However, you must confirm via your phone, e-mail (for password) or customer ID. If you don't have access to any of that information, please contact support here.
I have found a problem with one of your webpages, who can I contact?

I just bought the device and it has a problem, can I get a refund/replacement?
Upon purchase of your device you are given one month of factory warranty. 30 days passed your order you must purchase the monthly warranty subscription service for defunct devices. If the device is lost, damaged (including water damage) after 30 days of receiving you will also have to purchase the warranty subscription. However, if the problem is on our end, we have you covered.
