WalletX AI does not require an account, email address, phone number, or full name to use its core features.

Although we use strong security practices, no security method is 100% secure.

5. On-Device Processing

The following features operate entirely on your device:

Your scanned documents and assistant conversations are not sent to WalletX AI servers.

6. Cloud Backup and Third-Party Services

Cloud backup is optional.

Supported providers include:

• Google Drive

• Apple iCloud

• Dropbox

• Microsoft OneDrive

When cloud backup is enabled:

• You sign in using your own account.

• Your data follows the provider's privacy policy.

• We do not control how the provider stores or processes your information.

You can disable cloud backup at any time.

8. Data Retention

On Your Device

Your documents remain until you delete them or uninstall the App.

Security Credentials

PIN and encryption keys are removed when security is reset or the App is uninstalled.

Cloud Backups

Cloud backups remain according to your backup provider's retention policy.

Chat History

AI chat history remains only on your device.

Without a backup, uninstalling the App may permanently delete your data.

You may:

• Disable biometrics

• Disable cloud backup

• Revoke permissions

• Uninstall the App

Since WalletX AI stores information locally, most actions can be completed directly within the App.

11. International Users

Your information is primarily stored on your device.

If cloud backup is enabled, data may be stored in servers located outside your country.
