Our application is a fitness application whose main goal is to encourage users to stay active and lead a healthier life in a fun and interactive way.These conditions apply exclusively to the use of the WALK&WIN By MTN application. Application exclusively present on the Tunisian territory.These General Conditions of Use ("Conditions") constitute a contractual agreement between WALK&WIN and yourself, ("User" or "you") which means an individual or an entity, end-user of the Service. By accessing or using the mobile application ("Application") and any other mobile service or web application owned, controlled, or provided by us, (all of the foregoing, the "Services") you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.Therefore, it is important that you read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register with the WALK&WIN application.

WALK&WIN reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel a user name/delete the user account, at its sole discretion, in case of fraud. WALK&WIN reserves the right to refuse any User who does not respect the present Terms of Use access to all or part of the Service.
You agree not to create multiple accounts on the application
Full use of the WALK&WIN service is dependent upon your use of a supported mobile device and Internet access.
We may need to contact you regarding your use of the WALK&WIN service. These communications are part of the WALK&WIN service and you may not opt out of receiving them. You can manage and opt-out of receiving other communications from your account settings.
Although the Site and other WALK&WIN services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other WALK&WIN services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or updates, emergency repairs, or in the event of telecommunications link failures beyond WALK&WIN's control. In addition, WALK&WIN encourages you to maintain your own backup of your data and personal health and fitness reports. In other words, WALK&WIN is not a backup service. WALK&WIN will not be responsible for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the WALK&WIN Services or loss of Content.

You agree to receive alerts and notifications. In connection with your use of the WALK&WIN service, you may receive notifications, text messages or alerts. You agree to receive these communications. You may control the receipt of non-service related communications from your account settings. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges your mobile carrier may levy.
Termination: If you fail to comply with these Terms, we reserve the right to deactivate or terminate your account in our sole discretion at any time without notice or liability to you. Upon such termination, we may delete your content and other account information. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting customer service.

Your location information

We collect information about your location when you use our services.When you give consent, your location data will be processed to provide you with location based services such as navigation and positioning.

When you start the walking to the next place you selected, your location information (rough not precise) will be disclosed to our service provider for the public transportation related information
We will use the background location tracking even if you are not using the app to keep tracking your real time position on the application.
You can change your location permission status at any time via the software privacy settings.
Without your permission, we can’t offer you features that work with live content such as our real-time position to count the steps number.
