She is SO sweet and easy to talk to — honestly, I left wanting to be friends with her. 😄 My dog is a Berenedoodle, 1.5 years old, and had never had a proper haircut before and usually yelps and cries even when I try to bathe him, so I was super nervous he’d be difficult. But he was totally relaxed with her, she had the touch! The cut is perfect. Not too short, just right for summer, and she kept his face nice and round — which tends to be what us doodle moms want ☺️ She even cleaned his ears which he needed but would never let me do. I highly recommend! I found out about Mili because I met another doodle mom and loved how her doodles hair was cut (because so many people get it wrong) and she insisted I try Mili. So happy I did, and her location is easy to get to in Concord off the freeway. We’ll definitely be back!"

I loved that they were all about the same size! I know Charlie loved going there because when we'd pull into the driveway, he started happily barking and wagging his tail. Millie is very kind and flexible and her home is very safe and comfortable for the dogs. It has a large fenced yard and is located right behind a park which Millie takes the dogs for walks at. I was so lucky to get a recommendation for her. The first groomer I had for Sadie the Whoodle did a terrible job. Just shaved her down. Took very little time and I was very disappointed with the other groomer. Then luckily a friend recommended Mili and I’ll never go any place else. I have a dog groomer two blocks from my house. But I drive a half an hour for Mili because you can’t compare the quality of the work. Sadie looks perfect every time and she loves being there. I’m able to leave her for most of the day and pick her up after work or after my errands are finished. The detail is what is really amazing. I know she’s not the easiest dog to groom. And she tends to get stickers between her toes that are very difficult to get out. And she can get matting that’s difficult to deal with. But Mili does it with a smile. I could not be happier. And Sadie could not be happier she knows she looks beautiful when she leaves there."

Since they were 4 months, Mama Milie as I refer to her, has been taking care of them for all needs. From daysitting, keeping them multiple nights at time, and ANY grooming needs. After a very horrible grooming experience, one of my friends referred her to me and I will definitely not take them to anyone else. She takes her time and goes at each pups pace. Gives them breaks and makes it a completely positive experience. When they come from their grooming appointments they are happy and excited. I sometimes have to work weekends and feel awful keeping my pups in the house all day. Dropping them to Milie's gives me so much comfort and security knowing they are happy and given so much love. My pups literally run from the car right up to Milie's front door. They must think they are going on vacation because they don't even hesitate to leave me. When I walk out the door to leave they don't even seem bother, they are immediately either playing with other pups or snuggled up on the couch. This the only home away from for my dogs."
