The Speaker is the spiritual leader of Walker Creek. They are associated with both the Walker Creek Observatory and the Walker Creek Historical Church. The Speaker receives visions from the Harvest Star and can in fact converse with it. They handle matters related to The Ascension, Lake Denton, and the Harvest Star. At times, they work with Priest Vancae. They began alongside the Benefactor. They are one of only three members of Management left.
