Luke Delor was a Host taken in 1988.
After having issues with Host Surfacing, he overcame them during his time in the Rehabilitative Hosting Program, though he still carried the scars. Because of that, he had no choice but to become a useful tool to us. He has been one of our favorite pawns and while he is not particularly special or gifted, he is very obedient and capable. He is The Enforcer. He was used in our 1988-1990 Desensitization Program on the WCBS and carries out many operations for us.
Do not mention any of this information to him as he is very prone to Host Surfacing.
