Doctor Charles Spencer (born 1938) is the primary doctor of Walker Creek County. He used to work at Harborview Medical Center but became Walker Creeks' resident doctor in 1970. He does at-home appointments and is trained to deal with any human or Hosted medical issue. He also manages the Rehabilitative Hosting Program, Walker Creek Cancer Fund, and the Health for Hosts initiative.
