From the moment we brought Billy Mac, our black lab, home, it was clear we had truly found a truly special puppy. Our first meeting in the Walker Hill barnallowed us quality time to spend bonding with himbefore our long ride backto N.J.  We left with a Walker Hill puppy  tote filled with all the essentials to ensure his comfort and well-being. At two and a half years old, he has the most wonderful temperament and disposition and is the worlds best ball retriever. His coat is glossy, an impressive build, a big handsome head are a testament to his family lineage and the loving care he received from Janet Flynn.

From our first e mail when I asked if she had puppiesavailable, Janet was so nice and personable.  We enjoyed the photos she shared of the puppies from the time they were born. Our experience with Janet was nothing short of amazing. The biggest stand out to us was that she truly loves her dogs and the puppies-when we were looking for a breeder that was very important to us since our previous dog was a pound pup.Her dogs are part of her family, which is also what we believe in. We got our sweet Ellie is 2023and has been nothing short of a blessing. Your typical goofy lab with a heart of gold-and not to mentionabsolutely gorgous. People actually stop us to tell us how beautiful she is !I had a ton of questions since I had only adopted a dog before and Janet was so kind and responsive answering all my questions. We are considering getting Miss Ellie a brother and getting another fantastic Walker Hill pup !

We named our puppy ZuZu, which means sweet. Although I would like to take credit for her womderful temperment, its truly a reflection of the exceptional breeding and early care from Janet at Walker Hill Labradors. From my first visit, it was clear ZuZu was deeply loved, well socialized, happy confident and secure. That foundation made her an absolute dream puppy: playful calm and easy to train. Janet told us to expect a dog who will be active and adventurious when we are , as well as content to curl up quietly at our feet when we were quiet, she was exactly right.
