The support for today's event was very encouraging! Thank you to the people who donated money, the businesses who donated prizes, all the participants, the media for helping to promote the event, and the volunteers who helped out. The event raised over $12 000 for CMHA Grey Bruce!
Please know that your support will help make a difference to the mental health support in our area. Remember, there is no health without mental health. See you all next year!

This years route will take us from Owen Sound Fitness and Training and travel north towards the Bayshore Community Centre. We will then turn back and return to the gym. The difficulty is low. A video of the route can be seen on the Facebook page.
