Research Analyst, Old Dominion University, Spring,2021 - Present

• Currently implementing partial differential equations (PDE) driven by medical imaging data to develop predictive digital twin

• Developed a predictive algorithm utilizing 3D Computer Vision and computational imaging modeling on cancer patients dataset of 310,000 entries, achieving 88.17% precision on diagnosing while ensuring compliance with neuro-oncologists, healthcare professionals

• Created a DICOM data pre-processing pipeline, copula modeling to analyze brain cancer patients survivability

• Architected a PyTorch-based deep learning model with differential privacy, resulting in a 9.7% increase in predictive response to radiation therapy treatment compared to state-of-the-art methods

• Published 3 articles in peer-reviewed journals that resulted in 5 additional studies advancing biomarker identification in brain cancer patients
