This was a family day trip to Llandudno, on arrival we split up and myself and Coast walking Son decided to walk up The Great Orme. Starting at Llandudno Pier entrance where we finished our Coast walk in part 5 of Walking The Wales Coast Path from Colwyn Bay to Llandudno. We walk up through Happy Valley Gardens and then alongside the ski slope and toboggan run before following the waymarked route which leads along to St Tudno's Church. Then its a steep walk to the summit, we pass the summit complex and cable car station before heading around to the toposcope and trig point. We then make our way down to the hill of names and Great Orme Mines, passing the halfway Tram Station. The route is shown by a red line on The Great Orme on my Walking The Wales Coast Path Map which is on the home page
