 START POINT: Dyfi Furnace, Ysgubor-y-coed

END POINT: Borth Promenade (Junction of Princess Street and Cambrian Terrace

DISTANCE:  8 Miles

TERRAIN: Gravel tracks, minor lanes, grassy fields

GRADIENT: Hilly at beginning, second half flat

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Train and Bus combination

CAR PARKING: Car park at Dyfi Furnace, Borth

We arrived at Borth and parked easily on a road near the railway station, where we caught a train to Bow Street, then a bus, but with a 40 minute wait, we walked to the village Spar shop to stock up on supplies, then back to the bus stop, getting off the bus at the stop named "Plas Einion" where we walked back to Furnace Waterfalls and then took the lane back up to the point of the Wales Coast Path that we had left last time, this was a half a mile uphill walk along a quiet narrow lane. Where we began our coast path walk to Borth. The first half was mainly woodland and fields and a few slight hills, we stopped halfway for a coffee at Clewtr and then a flat walk into Borth, but parts of the path was flooded, we were stubborn and waded through.
