We had another week in Anglesey at a lovely caravan once again. For details to hire the caravan centrally located on Anglesey Click Here Although we had not walked part 18 yet, after finishing 17 and realising part of the next section of the path was going to be blocked until March we decided to skip this section and start our next walk from Church Bay. Making the short drive to Church bay we arrived at around 9am and met up with John Smith who was also walking the Wales Coast Path. We walked so far with John but turned back once we reached a beach that looked impassable due to high tides that may have been afected by the weather. As we staying nearby after waiting half an hour we retreated to our nearby caravan and returned the following day to continue. Parking at sandy Beach and making our way back to the beach we finished at the day before and then backtracking back to Sandy beach and continuing to Llanfachtraeth. We were supposed to finish at a footbridge but due to flooding we diverted ourselves. It was great to meet John and you can see his channel by Clicking Here. Also I have added his video to this page. ohn's Stage 9 Church bay to Holyhead.
