This document outlines the detailed policies governing the acquisition, management, and termination of subscriptions, as well as the handling of In-app Purchases for services provided by Walabok LLC through the EV Charging Stations+ iOS application. Our aim is to ensure transparency and clarity for all users regarding financial transactions, subscription terms, and associated responsibilities. This policy complies with applicable laws, including the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and state automatic renewal statutes. By engaging with the EV Charging Stations+ application, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
EV Charging Stations+ is developed and managed by Walabok LLC and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Tesla Inc. All references to Tesla, Superchargers, Destination Chargers, Wall Connectors, or related terms within the application are for informational purposes only and do not imply any association, partnership, or endorsement by Tesla Inc. Walabok LLC is an independent entity providing services tailored for Tesla vehicle owners, and any use of Tesla-related terminology is intended solely to describe compatibility and functionality.
To subscribe to or use Walabok LLC's services through the EV Charging Stations+ application, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding contract. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration or subscription is accurate, complete, and current. Walabok LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements or provides false information.
The EV Charging Stations+ application (the "App") provides informational tools and convenience features for Tesla and electric vehicle owners. The following is a comprehensive description of the App's features and functionality, all of which are subject to the disclaimers, limitations, and terms set forth in this document:
The App displays an interactive map showing the locations of Tesla Supercharger stations, Tesla Destination Chargers (also referred to as Wall Connectors), and other electric vehicle charging stations. Charging station data is aggregated from multiple third-party sources, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Energy Alternative Fuels Station Locator (AFDC/NREL), community-maintained databases such as supercharge.info, and other publicly available data. This data is cached, aggregated, and served through a cloud-based intermediary service operated by Walabok LLC using Cloudflare Workers with a D1 database. The map displays information including station names, coordinates, number of charging stalls, power output levels (kW), operational status, facility types (such as hotel, shopping center, parking garage, restaurant, hospital, college campus, resort, car dealer, grocery store, and others), and nearby amenities (including restrooms, food, cafes, and shops). Users may interact with the map by panning, zooming, tapping on individual stations to view details, and using a dropped pin feature to explore arbitrary locations.
In addition to Tesla Supercharger stations, the App displays Tesla Destination Charger and Wall Connector locations sourced from third-party data. Users may toggle the display of Destination Chargers on or off through the App's settings. Destination Charger data includes facility type classifications, which are sourced from third-party databases and may not reflect current ownership, affiliation, or operational status. Walabok LLC does not own, operate, or control any Destination Charger or Wall Connector displayed in the App, and all disclaimers regarding data accuracy, station availability, and limitation of liability apply equally to Destination Charger data.
The App includes a route planning feature that calculates suggested driving routes with recommended Supercharger charging stops. Users provide a starting location (either by entering an address or using their current GPS position), a destination, and their vehicle's estimated range on a full charge. The route planner uses Apple Maps for driving directions and routing, and employs a proprietary algorithm to identify optimal Supercharger stops along the route based on the user's specified range. The route planner incorporates weather-adjusted range calculations using real-time weather data from third-party weather APIs (Open-Meteo), accounting for temperature, precipitation, wind speed, and other meteorological conditions that may affect vehicle range. The route planner also incorporates elevation-adjusted range calculations using elevation profile data obtained from third-party services, accounting for the energy cost of ascending grades and the energy recovery from descending grades. Route plans display estimated distances, drive times, number of charging stops, estimated arrival charge levels at each stop (displayed as approximate remaining range), and weather conditions along the route including a composite range impact percentage. Routes exceeding 50 charging stops may be truncated, and the App will display a warning in such cases. The route planner may detect and warn users about coverage gaps where the distance between available Supercharger stations may exceed the user's specified vehicle range. The route planner is a premium feature available to subscribers.
The App allows users to share planned routes via a screenshot-based sharing feature. When a user shares a route, the App generates an image containing a map screenshot of the planned route along with route details (origin, destination, distance, drive time, number of stops). This shared image includes a watermark or attribution line referencing the App. Shared route images are generated locally on the user's device and are shared through the device's native sharing interface. Walabok LLC does not store, transmit, or have access to shared route images. Users are solely responsible for the distribution of shared route content and acknowledge that shared route information is based on estimates and approximations subject to all disclaimers in this document.
The App provides search functionality that allows users to search for addresses, points of interest, geographic locations, and charging stations. Search results are powered by Apple's MapKit search services (MKLocalSearch and MKLocalSearchCompleter) and the App's internal database of charging stations. Search results are dependent on third-party data and may not be complete, accurate, or current. Walabok LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of search results.
The App allows users to save charging stations to a favorites list for quick access and maintains a history of recently viewed stations. Favorites and recent stations data is stored locally on the user's device using Apple's Core Data framework and is not transmitted to Walabok LLC's servers. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all saved favorites and recent stations history. This data cannot be recovered by Walabok LLC after deletion.
The App can send proximity-based push notifications when the user is near a Tesla Supercharger station. This feature uses geofencing technology managed by the device's operating system to monitor the user's position relative to known Supercharger locations. Users may enable or disable nearby charger alerts through the App's settings. This feature requires both location services permission and push notification permission to function.
The App may display rotating battery and charging tips on the map interface, providing general informational guidance about electric vehicle battery care, charging best practices, and energy efficiency. Users may toggle battery tips on or off through the App's settings.
The App may display estimated availability indicators for charging stations, categorized as "Busy," "Moderate," or "Available." These indicators are approximations based on historical usage patterns and third-party data and do not reflect real-time station occupancy or availability.
The App displays weather condition information at charging station locations and along planned routes, including temperature, precipitation type, and a composite range impact percentage. Weather data is sourced from third-party weather APIs (Open-Meteo) and is used to calculate weather-adjusted range estimates. Weather data may not reflect actual conditions at the time of travel.
Premium subscribers have access to additional features including but not limited to an ad-free experience, map theme options (including light/daytime mode), full route planner access, the ability to send directions to a Tesla vehicle, and priority support. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
The App uses iOS Background App Refresh to periodically update its cached charging station database, approximately once per hour when conditions permit. Background refresh is managed by the device's operating system and may consume additional battery power and cellular data. You may disable Background App Refresh for the App at any time through your device's settings.
Subscriptions to access Walabok LLC's services through the EV Charging Stations+ application, including premium features and enhanced functionalities, are exclusively facilitated through In-app Purchases processed via the App Store. All financial transactions, including payments and related charges, are managed and overseen by the App Store, which operates under its own specific terms and conditions. These terms govern the entire payment process, including but not limited to payment authorization, processing, and dispute resolution. These terms delineate the rights and responsibilities of both the user and the App Store, ensuring a secure and standardized transaction process. Walabok LLC does not directly handle payment processing and relies on the App Store's infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards.
In the event that you purchase a subscription through an In-app Purchase in the EV Charging Stations+ application, any requests for refunds or reimbursements will be governed by the refund policies established by the App Store. Walabok LLC does not directly process refunds, as all financial transactions are managed by the App Store. Should you deem it necessary to request a refund due to dissatisfaction, billing errors, or other concerns, you must initiate the process by contacting the App Store's customer support team directly. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with these policies to ensure a smooth refund process. Walabok LLC is not responsible for decisions made by the App Store regarding refund requests, and all outcomes are subject to the App Store's discretion.
Access to Walabok LLC's services through the EV Charging Stations+ application, particularly premium features and exclusive content, requires an active paid subscription. The subscription fee will be charged to your account in advance, based on the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase. Available billing cycles include monthly or annual options, each tailored to provide flexibility based on your preferences. The specific billing interval and associated costs will be clearly displayed during the purchase process, ensuring you are fully informed prior to committing to a subscription plan. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by the App Store. You authorize the App Store to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes or fees. In the event of a declined payment or late payment, Walabok LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the services without notice. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law, and you agree to reimburse Walabok LLC for any collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Unless you actively cancel your subscription through the App Store's settings or Walabok LLC terminates the subscription for reasons such as non-compliance with these terms, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms and conditions. This auto-renewal feature is designed to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but it requires you to take proactive steps if you wish to discontinue the subscription. Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will result in the continuation of charges for the subsequent billing period. By subscribing, you provide affirmative consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription and the associated charges. This consent is obtained during the purchase process via the App Store, where the auto-renewal terms are displayed clearly and conspicuously. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date as described above.
A billing grace period lets subscribers retain access to the EV Charging Stations+ application's paid content even after their subscription expires due to a billing issue. This grace period lasts for 3 days. If Apple successfully recovers the subscription during this grace period, you will not experience any interruption in your access, and Walabok LLC will not experience any interruption in revenue. This feature is managed by the App Store in accordance with its policies.
You retain full control over your subscription and may disable the automatic renewal feature at any time through the App Store's account settings. The process for managing or canceling subscriptions is straightforward and can be completed directly on your device. It is important to note that canceling the auto-renewal of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid for the current subscription term. You will continue to enjoy full access to the service and its features until the end of the active subscription period, at which point access will be discontinued unless the subscription is manually renewed. Walabok LLC encourages users to review their subscription status regularly to avoid unintended renewals.
Walabok LLC may terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the EV Charging Stations+ application at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application, and any prepaid fees will not be refunded unless required by applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will remain in effect.
Walabok LLC's EV Charging Stations+ application may offer a variety of In-app Purchases, enabling you to acquire additional products, services, or subscriptions directly within the app. These purchases may include access to premium features, exclusive content, or other digital goods designed to enhance your user experience. To manage these In-app Purchases effectively, we recommend consulting the App Store's terms and conditions or exploring the Help settings on your device, which provide detailed guidance on purchase management. In-app Purchases are strictly limited to use within the application and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to other users, or utilized outside the app's ecosystem. Once you confirm and initiate the download of an In-app Purchase, the transaction is final and cannot be canceled. If you believe a refund is warranted for an In-app Purchase, you may submit a request directly to the App Store, keeping in mind that all billing and transaction processes are handled exclusively by the App Store and are subject to its terms and conditions. Should you encounter any payment-related issues, such as unauthorized charges or technical difficulties, we advise contacting the App Store's support team for prompt resolution. Walabok LLC is not responsible for resolving payment disputes, as these fall under the App Store's jurisdiction.
EV Charging Stations+ may offer a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase (the “Lifetime Purchase” or “Lifetime Unlock”) that unlocks the App’s premium features without a recurring charge. The Lifetime Purchase is billed once through your Apple App Store account and does not auto-renew. It is separate from, and not a substitute for, the auto-renewing subscriptions described elsewhere in these Terms; where a feature is made available through the Lifetime Purchase, it is provided on the terms set out in this section.
For the avoidance of doubt, the word “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the App and not to the lifetime of the purchaser or of any device. “Lifetime” means, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for as long as the App is commercially offered and operated by WALABOK LLC (“Walabok”) and remains available on the Apple App Store. The Lifetime Purchase does not grant any right to the App, its data, or any specific feature in perpetuity, and does not obligate Walabok to continue offering, supporting, or operating the App for any minimum period.
Walabok may add, change, remove, or discontinue individual premium features over time as the App evolves, including where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, security, or commercial reasons or where a feature depends on a third party that is no longer available. Where any such change materially reduces the premium features available to holders of the Lifetime Purchase, Walabok will provide commercially reasonable advance notice where practicable, for example through an in-app message or an App Store release note. The set of premium features unlocked by the Lifetime Purchase is the set offered at the time of purchase and may reasonably change over time as described in these Terms.
Certain features of the App, including charging-station locations, availability estimates, mapping, routing, and weather information, depend on third-party data sources, application programming interfaces, and services that are outside Walabok’s control. Walabok does not guarantee the continued availability, accuracy, completeness, or cost of any such third-party source, and the modification, degradation, price increase, or discontinuation of a third-party source may require Walabok to change or remove a dependent feature. Any such change made necessary by a third party does not by itself entitle the holder of a Lifetime Purchase to a refund except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store.
If Walabok discontinues the App in its entirety, the Lifetime Purchase and the premium features it unlocks will cease to be available when the App is no longer operated. Walabok will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of a full discontinuation of the App where practicable. Because all in-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple, any refund for a Lifetime Purchase is handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable App Store refund policies; Walabok does not itself process payments or issue refunds for in-app purchases, and you may request a refund from Apple directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walabok’s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Lifetime Purchase, including any modification, removal, or discontinuation of premium features or of the App, shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Apple for the Lifetime Purchase. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove, limit, or override any statutory or mandatory consumer rights that apply to you and cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence, including, where applicable, rights under European Union or United Kingdom consumer-protection law concerning digital content and services. Where any provision of this section is held to be unenforceable or contrary to such mandatory consumer rights, that provision shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions of this section and of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Your use of the EV Charging Stations+ application and subscription services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal information, including device identifiers, location data, and usage analytics, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Walabok LLC implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The EV Charging Stations+ application relies on third-party data sources and application programming interfaces (APIs) to deliver its core functionality. These include, but are not limited to:
Mapping and Routing: Apple MapKit for interactive maps, driving directions, route geometry, geocoding, reverse geocoding, search autocomplete, and points-of-interest data.
Charging Station Data: The U.S. Department of Energy Alternative Fuels Station Locator (AFDC/NREL) API for station locations, stall counts, power levels, facility types, and access information; community-maintained databases such as supercharge.info for Tesla Supercharger-specific data including stall counts and status; and other publicly available data sources. This data is aggregated, deduplicated, and cached through a cloud-based intermediary service operated by Walabok LLC using Cloudflare Workers with a D1 database.
Weather Data: Open-Meteo API for real-time and forecast weather conditions including temperature, precipitation, wind speed, and weather codes, used in weather-adjusted range calculations within the route planner.
Elevation Data: Third-party elevation services for topographic profile data along planned routes, used in elevation-adjusted range calculations within the route planner.
Advertising: Google AdMob for serving banner ads, interstitial ads, app-open ads, and native ads to free-tier users.
Analytics: Facebook SDK (Meta) for app event tracking and attribution analytics.
Consent Management: Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for collecting and managing user consent in jurisdictions subject to GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Subscription Management: Apple StoreKit for processing in-app purchases and managing subscription lifecycle.
Walabok LLC does not control, operate, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data source or API. Third-party services may experience outages, rate limits, data errors, deprecation, or changes to their terms of service that may temporarily or permanently affect the application's functionality. Route calculations, distance estimates, weather-adjusted range projections, elevation-adjusted range projections, nearby amenity listings, facility type classifications, estimated wait times, and search results are all dependent on the accuracy and availability of these external services. Walabok LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, interruptions, or failures arising from third-party data sources, nor for any decisions you make based on information derived from such sources. You acknowledge that the application aggregates and processes data from multiple external sources and that the resulting information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
The EV Charging Stations+ application may display advertisements and other content provided by third parties, including links to third-party websites, applications, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by Walabok LLC. Such third-party content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Walabok LLC. Walabok LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, legality, or business practices of any third-party advertisements, websites, or services. Any interaction, transaction, or engagement you choose to undertake with third parties including clicking on advertisements or providing information to external websites is conducted solely between you and the applicable third party. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walabok LLC disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or harm arising from or related to your interactions with third-party advertisements or external links, including but not limited to financial loss, fraudulent activity, unauthorized charges, or the misuse of personal information by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that your engagement with third-party content is at your own discretion and risk.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS: All advertisements displayed within the EV Charging Stations+ application are served, selected, targeted, and delivered entirely by Google AdMob, a third-party programmatic advertising platform operated by Alphabet Inc. / Google LLC. Walabok LLC does NOT select, screen, review, verify, approve, curate, endorse, or exercise any editorial control over the content, accuracy, truthfulness, legality, decency, quality, or safety of any individual advertisement displayed within the App. Advertisements are delivered programmatically by Google AdMob's automated algorithms based on contextual signals and, where you have granted consent, personalized targeting criteria determined solely by Google.
WALABOK LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, AND OBLIGATION — TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW — FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, HARM, INJURY, COST, EXPENSE, CLAIM, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO:
(a) Your clicking on, tapping on, viewing, interacting with, or engaging with any advertisement displayed within the App;
(b) Any website, landing page, web application, mobile application, product, service, offer, promotion, sweepstakes, contest, giveaway, survey, or content that you are directed to, access, or view through or as a result of any advertisement;
(c) Any transaction, purchase, subscription, registration, sign-up, download, payment, wire transfer, or exchange of information, money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or anything of value that you initiate, authorize, or complete with any third-party advertiser, merchant, seller, or service provider reached through an advertisement;
(d) Any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, false, or scam advertisement, including without limitation: phishing schemes and credential harvesting; fake product or service offers; counterfeit goods; unauthorized or recurring charges; bait-and-switch tactics; pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing fraud; advance-fee fraud and 419 scams; fake prize, lottery, or sweepstakes notifications; fake charity solicitations; impersonation of legitimate businesses, government agencies, or financial institutions; tech support scams; romance or investment scams promoted through advertising; and any other form of consumer fraud perpetrated through or facilitated by an advertisement;
(e) Any unauthorized collection, use, sale, disclosure, theft, or mishandling of your personal information, financial data, payment card credentials, bank account details, Social Security number, identity documents, passwords, or any other sensitive data by any third-party advertiser, website, or entity accessed through an advertisement;
(f) Any malware, spyware, ransomware, adware, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, rootkits, worms, or other malicious software or code that may be installed on, downloaded to, or executed on your device as a result of clicking on, interacting with, or being redirected by an advertisement;
(g) Any representation, warranty, claim, guarantee, testimonial, endorsement, review, certification, or statement — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — made by any advertiser or contained in any advertisement.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (i) Walabok LLC has no contractual, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or any other relationship with any advertiser whose advertisements appear in the App; (ii) Walabok LLC has no ability to preview, pre-approve, filter, reject, remove, or modify individual advertisements before or after they are displayed to you; (iii) the display of any advertisement within the App does not constitute and shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, approval, certification, verification, or guarantee by Walabok LLC of the advertiser, the advertised product or service, the advertiser's business practices, the advertiser's legitimacy, or the truthfulness of any claim made in the advertisement; (iv) you interact with advertisements and any third-party websites, products, services, or offers they lead to entirely at your own risk and sole discretion; and (v) it is your sole and exclusive responsibility to evaluate the trustworthiness, legitimacy, safety, and legality of any advertiser, website, product, service, offer, or solicitation before engaging with it, providing personal information, making any payment, or entering into any agreement.
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, a scam, or deceptive advertising encountered through the App, you should: (1) contact your financial institution immediately to report unauthorized charges and request a chargeback or fraud investigation; (2) file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov or your local consumer protection authority; (3) report the advertisement to Google through Google's Ad Policy support page at https://support.google.com/ads/troubleshooter/4578507; and (4) if applicable, report the incident to local law enforcement. You may also notify Walabok LLC at walabokllc@gmail.com and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to report the advertisement to Google on your behalf, but we assume no obligation to do so, and such reporting does not create, establish, or imply any liability, duty, or responsibility on the part of Walabok LLC.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any dissatisfaction with advertisements displayed in the App, including advertisements that you believe to be fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, is to: (a) upgrade to a premium subscription, which permanently eliminates all advertisements and ad-related data collection within the App; or (b) uninstall the App from your device.
Walabok LLC is committed to providing reliable and up-to-date information within the EV Charging Stations+ application to enhance your user experience. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, including but not limited to geographical location data, charging station attributes, facility type classifications, amenity listings, stall counts, power output ratings, and operational status, is always accurate, complete, or error-free. Factors such as technical limitations, third-party data sources, data aggregation processes, caching delays, or environmental variables may impact the precision of the information presented. The EV Charging Stations+ application primarily displays charging stations that are compatible with Tesla vehicles. Destination Charger and Wall Connector data includes facility type classifications (such as hotel, shopping center, parking garage, restaurant, hospital, and others) sourced from third-party databases; these classifications may not reflect current facility ownership, status, or affiliation. Walabok LLC is not responsible for any Superchargers, Destination Chargers, Wall Connectors, or other charging stations that may malfunction, be unavailable, or non-existent upon your arrival at the location. Such discrepancies may occur due to real-time changes, maintenance, decommissioning, or data inaccuracies beyond our control. Users are strongly encouraged to verify the current status and availability of charging stations through official Tesla channels or other reliable sources before navigating to the site. Walabok LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information provided, nor for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from your reliance on such information. Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify critical information, particularly when it pertains to location-based services or other data that may influence decision-making. By using the EV Charging Stations+ application, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of digital information and agree to exercise due diligence as needed.
The EV Charging Stations+ application includes a route planning feature that calculates suggested driving routes with recommended charging stops based on user-provided inputs such as starting location, destination, and estimated vehicle range. These route calculations are generated using third-party mapping data (Apple Maps), third-party weather data (Open-Meteo), third-party elevation data, and proprietary algorithms developed by Walabok LLC. The route planner incorporates multi-point weather sampling along the route to calculate weather-adjusted range estimates, accounting for the effects of temperature, precipitation, wind speed, and other meteorological conditions on vehicle efficiency. The route planner also incorporates elevation profile data to calculate elevation-adjusted range estimates, accounting for the additional energy required to climb grades and the energy recovered through regenerative braking on descents.
Route plans provided by the application are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, optimal, or complete. Route suggestions may differ significantly from routes calculated by Tesla's built-in navigation system, other navigation applications, or official Tesla services. Walabok LLC does not represent that its route planning produces results equivalent to, endorsed by, or compatible with Tesla's proprietary navigation or trip planning systems. Estimated distances, driving times, charging stop locations, number of required stops, estimated arrival range, weather-adjusted range impact percentages, elevation-adjusted range calculations, and any other route-related data are approximations based on generalized assumptions and may not reflect actual driving conditions, real-time traffic, road closures, vehicle-specific energy consumption, actual weather at time of travel, actual road grades, driving style, vehicle payload, tire pressure, HVAC usage, battery degradation, or other factors that affect real-world range and travel time.
The route planner may detect and warn about coverage gaps where the distance between available Supercharger stations exceeds the user's specified vehicle range. These warnings are based on the App's database of known stations and may not account for stations that have opened, closed, or changed status since the last data refresh. Routes that require more than 50 charging stops may be truncated, and the resulting route plan may be incomplete.
You acknowledge and agree that Walabok LLC shall not be held liable if you experience range depletion, become stranded, miss a charging stop, arrive at a charging station that is full, offline, malfunctioning, or otherwise unavailable, or encounter any other adverse outcome while following a route suggested by the application. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your vehicle's actual battery level, plan for contingencies, and make independent driving and charging decisions. The route planner is provided as a convenience tool and does not replace your obligation to exercise sound judgment, maintain situational awareness, and verify route feasibility through your vehicle's built-in systems or other reliable navigation sources.
Walabok LLC does not own, operate, maintain, or control any Tesla Supercharger, Tesla Destination Charger, Wall Connector, or other electric vehicle charging station displayed within the application. All charging station data, including but not limited to location coordinates, number of stalls, power output ratings, operational status, facility type classifications, and amenity information, is sourced from third-party data providers and publicly available information and may not reflect current real-time conditions. Charging stations may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, relocated, decommissioned, under construction, operating at reduced capacity, experiencing equipment malfunctions, subject to access restrictions, or otherwise not in the condition described within the application. Walabok LLC is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any charging station that is broken, offline, occupied, inaccessible, removed, or otherwise unavailable when you arrive at the location. You are solely responsible for confirming the availability and operational status of any charging station before traveling to that location, and you should always have a contingency plan in case a charging station is not available upon your arrival.
The EV Charging Stations+ application may display general informational tips, suggestions, and educational content related to electric vehicle battery care, charging best practices, energy efficiency, and related topics (collectively, "Tips"). These Tips are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, engineering guidance, or manufacturer-approved instructions. Tips are based on publicly available information and general knowledge about electric vehicle operation and may not be applicable to your specific vehicle model, battery configuration, software version, driving conditions, or individual circumstances. Walabok LLC does not warrant that any Tips provided within the application are accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your situation. You should always follow the guidance, instructions, and recommendations provided by your vehicle's manufacturer (Tesla Inc.) as set forth in your vehicle's owner's manual and official documentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walabok LLC disclaims all liability for any damage, degradation, malfunction, or adverse effect to your vehicle, battery, or any component thereof that may result from following or relying on Tips displayed within the application.
The application may display estimated charging times, estimated wait times, or other time-based projections related to charging station usage. These estimates are approximations based on generalized assumptions and publicly available data, and they do not account for real-time conditions such as current station occupancy, charging queue length, individual vehicle charge rates, battery state of health, ambient temperature, power-sharing among active stalls, grid capacity limitations, or station-specific throttling. Actual charging and wait times may vary significantly from the estimates provided. Walabok LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any time-based estimates and shall not be liable for any inconvenience, delay, missed appointment, or other consequence arising from reliance on estimated charging or wait times displayed within the application.
The EV Charging Stations+ application uses your device's location services to provide core functionality, including displaying your position on the map, calculating distances and drive times to charging stations, planning routes, delivering proximity-based notifications when you are near a charging station, and providing location-relevant weather data. The application may use geofencing technology, which monitors your device's position relative to predefined geographic boundaries around charging stations, even when the application is not actively in use. Geofencing is managed by the operating system and may consume additional battery power. You may enable or disable location services and proximity alerts at any time through your device's settings or within the application's settings. Disabling location services will limit or prevent certain features from functioning, including but not limited to route planning, distance calculations, nearby charger alerts, dropped pin placement, and map-based navigation. Walabok LLC does not continuously track, store, or transmit your precise location to external servers. Location data is processed locally on your device to deliver application functionality. However, certain features such as route planning and weather-adjusted range estimates require your location or route coordinates to be shared with third-party mapping and weather services as described in the Third-Party Data Sources section of these terms. Walabok LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of location data provided by your device's GPS hardware or operating system, and shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or failures in location-based features arising from GPS signal interference, hardware limitations, or operating system behavior.
The application may send push notifications to your device, including proximity-based alerts when you are near a Tesla Supercharger station, notifications about new Supercharger stations in your area, and periodic informational or engagement notifications designed to keep you informed about the application's features and services. These notifications are delivered through Apple's Push Notification Service and require your explicit permission, which you may grant or revoke at any time through your device's notification settings. Proximity-based notifications are triggered by geofencing technology and are subject to the limitations described in the Location Services and Geofencing section above. Walabok LLC does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or delivery of any push notification, as delivery depends on factors outside our control, including network connectivity, device settings, operating system behavior, and Apple's notification infrastructure. You acknowledge that push notifications are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as a primary means of locating charging stations or making time-sensitive driving decisions.
The free version of the EV Charging Stations+ application displays advertisements served through Google AdMob, including banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, app-open advertisements, and native advertisements, and integrates third-party analytics services, including but not limited to the Facebook SDK (Meta), to support application functionality and measure performance. The application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your permission before allowing any cross-app tracking by third-party advertising or analytics partners. You may deny tracking permission and still use the App; denied tracking results in non-personalized, contextual advertisements.
In jurisdictions where required by law, including but not limited to the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive, the application presents a consent management dialog powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) that complies with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) v2.0. This dialog allows you to manage your preferences regarding personalized advertising and data processing. Your consent choices are stored locally on your device and are respected by the application's advertising systems.
If you consent to personalized advertising, third-party advertising partners may collect device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA), usage data, and other information as described in their respective privacy policies to serve advertisements tailored to your interests. If you decline personalized advertising or if consent is not required in your jurisdiction, the application will serve non-personalized, contextual advertisements. Premium subscribers who have purchased an active subscription are not shown advertisements, but analytics services may still operate as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may update your consent preferences at any time through the privacy options available within the application or by reinstalling the application. Walabok LLC is not responsible for the data collection practices of third-party advertising or analytics partners, and you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Meta/Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/) for details on their data practices.
The application stores certain data locally on your device to provide its features and improve your experience. This includes your saved favorite charging stations, recently viewed stations, map display preferences, map theme selection, destination charger toggle state, battery tips toggle state, nearby alert preferences, subscription and purchase status, notification settings, and consent/tracking preference states. This data is stored using Apple's Core Data framework and other standard device storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to Walabok LLC's servers unless explicitly stated otherwise. The App also caches charging station data locally (including station locations, names, stall counts, power levels, facility types, and amenity information) to enable functionality and reduce network usage; this cache is periodically refreshed via background app refresh. You are responsible for the security of your device and the data stored on it. Walabok LLC is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to locally stored data resulting from device theft, loss, malfunction, operating system updates, application uninstallation, or other events outside our control. Uninstalling the application will permanently delete all locally stored data, including your favorites, recent stations, preferences, and consent records. This data cannot be recovered by Walabok LLC after deletion.
The EV Charging Stations+ application requires an active internet connection for many of its features, including route planning, weather data retrieval, charging station data updates, search functionality, and advertisement delivery. While certain features may function with limited or no connectivity using locally cached data, the application is not designed for offline use, and Walabok LLC does not guarantee that any feature will be available or accurate without an internet connection. Locally cached charging station data may be outdated and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information when planning trips or making driving decisions. Walabok LLC does not guarantee that the application will be available at all times and shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the application or any of its features, whether temporary or permanent, caused by maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party service outages, App Store policies, or any other reason. You acknowledge that the application is provided on an "as available" basis and that Walabok LLC makes no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The EV Charging Stations+ application is an informational and convenience tool and is not a safety device, emergency service, roadside assistance provider, or substitute for your vehicle's built-in navigation, range estimation, or safety systems. The application is not designed, intended, or certified for use as a primary navigation tool, and you should never rely solely on the application for trip planning, route decisions, or charging strategy. You must always exercise independent judgment, maintain awareness of your vehicle's actual battery state of charge, and consult your vehicle's built-in instrumentation, Tesla's official navigation system, and other reliable sources before and during any trip. Operating a mobile device or interacting with the application while driving is dangerous and may violate applicable traffic laws. You are solely responsible for complying with all traffic laws, driving safely, and not using the application in any manner that distracts you from the safe operation of your vehicle. Walabok LLC expressly disclaims any and all liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, vehicle damage, traffic violations, or any other adverse outcomes that may occur while using or relying on the application. By using this application, you assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risk of stranding, range depletion, delayed arrivals, and reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; (c) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; (e) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or network connected to the App; (f) use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the App or its backend services, including the Cloudflare Worker API or D1 database; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend infrastructure, APIs, or databases; (h) share, redistribute, or sublicense your premium subscription to any third party; or (i) use the App's data, route plans, or other content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Walabok LLC.
THE SUPERCHARGER FOR TESLA APPLICATION AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, DATA, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALABOK LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY. WALABOK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WALABOK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHARGING STATION DATA, DESTINATION CHARGER DATA, FACILITY TYPE CLASSIFICATIONS, ROUTE PLANS, RANGE ESTIMATES, WEATHER-ADJUSTED RANGE CALCULATIONS, ELEVATION-ADJUSTED RANGE CALCULATIONS, NEARBY AMENITY INFORMATION, ESTIMATED WAIT TIMES, OR SEARCH RESULTS, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, WALABOK LLC'S WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Walabok LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet outages, or disruptions in third-party services (e.g., App Store, Apple MapKit, Open-Meteo, Cloudflare, supercharge.info, NREL AFDC, or Tesla data feeds).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALABOK LLC, ALONG WITH ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SUPERCHARGER FOR TESLA APPLICATION OR SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WALABOK LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Walabok LLC expressly disclaims liability for: (a) any vehicle range depletion, stranding, towing costs, or roadside assistance expenses arising from reliance on route planning estimates, charging stop suggestions, weather-adjusted range calculations, elevation-adjusted range calculations, or range estimates provided by the application; (b) any damage, degradation, or adverse effect to your vehicle or its battery resulting from following battery or charging tips displayed within the application; (c) any delays, inconvenience, or costs incurred due to charging stations (including Superchargers, Destination Chargers, and Wall Connectors) that are unavailable, malfunctioning, occupied, or otherwise not operational upon your arrival; (d) any differences between routes suggested by the application and routes calculated by Tesla's built-in navigation or other navigation services; (e) any inaccuracies in estimated charging times, wait times, weather conditions, elevation data, or other time-based or environmental projections; (f) any errors, inaccuracies, or failures in location-based features, including but not limited to GPS positioning errors, geofence triggering failures, dropped pin placement errors, or incorrect distance calculations; (g) any failure to deliver, or delay in delivering, push notifications, including proximity-based alerts and informational notifications; (h) any inaccuracies, interruptions, or failures in data provided by third-party services, including mapping, weather, elevation, charging station, or points-of-interest data; (i) any data collection or privacy practices of third-party advertising or analytics partners integrated into the application; (j) any loss of locally stored data, including favorites, recent stations, preferences, or consent records, resulting from device malfunction, operating system updates, or application uninstallation; (k) any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the application or any of its features; (l) any accidents, injuries, property damage, or traffic violations arising from the use of or reliance on the application while operating a motor vehicle; (m) any inaccuracy in facility type classifications for Destination Chargers; and (n) any consequences arising from route truncation for routes exceeding 50 charging stops or from coverage gap warnings.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WALABOK LLC FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WALABOK LLC AND REFLECTS THE ALLOCATION OF RISK INHERENT IN THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
By accessing or using the EV Charging Stations+ application, subscribing to our services, or making In-app Purchases, you affirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms incorporated by reference, including those of the App Store. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Walabok LLC. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the application and refrain from accessing its services. Your continued use of the application constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications.
All content, features, and functionalities in the EV Charging Stations+ application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, map interface design, route planner algorithms, data aggregation pipelines, and underlying code, are owned by Walabok LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party data displayed within the App (charger locations, amenity data, weather data, elevation data, facility type data) remains the property of its respective owners and is used under applicable terms of use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Walabok LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the EV Charging Stations+ application or services. This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from your violation of these terms, misuse of the application, submission of false or misleading information, reliance on route plans or range estimates for critical driving decisions, or infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. Your obligation to indemnify Walabok LLC survives the termination of your subscription or use of the application and applies to any actions taken by you or through your account.
These terms and your use of the EV Charging Stations+ application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This choice of law ensures consistency in the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the application shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration provides a streamlined and cost-effective alternative to litigation, and you agree to waive any right to pursue disputes through class actions, class arbitrations, or court proceedings, except where such waivers are prohibited by applicable law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, subject to limited grounds for appeal as permitted by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, preserving the original intent of the provision as closely as possible. The remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision. This severability clause ensures the continued applicability of these terms even in the event of legal challenges to specific provisions.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents incorporated by reference (e.g., App Store Terms of Service), constitute the entire agreement between you and Walabok LLC regarding your use of the EV Charging Stations+ application and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Walabok LLC. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Walabok LLC may assign or transfer these terms or its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
Walabok LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to reflect changes in our services, legal or regulatory requirements, industry standards, or operational practices. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting within the EV Charging Stations+ application or on our official website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the application or services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.
