Venue

The Yerevan State University is located at the downtown of Yerevan. There are a lot of accommodation places near too including the Yerevan State University guest house. The downtown of Yerevan is full of good restaurants. The downtown of Yerevan is compact and the best way to move around the center is by foot which is enjoyable and nondemanding. 

The weather in October is usually good, with temperatures around 20-25 degrees Celsius at the daytime and a good amount of sun, the probability of rain is quite low. 

Please, note that the temperature during the day and night/evening can be quite different, it gets called at the end of the day.

Travel from the airport to Yerevan: The most convenient way to travel from the airport to downtown is bus number 100  (costs approx. 1.5 euro) and taxi (costs approx. 7-8  euro).
