In order to participate in school activities outside of the school building, you must submit copies of your clearances to the school.
Below are links to the required clearances. It does take up to two weeks to get your child abuse clearance sent in the mail, so the sooner you apply for that, the better. In accordance with district policy, clearances are only good for 1 year from the date you request them. It is your responsibility to ensure that your clearances are up to date.
The child abuse clearance MUST BE DONE ON A COMPUTER! The website is NOT mobile-compatible. You can even file it from your child’s Chromebook. When filing, be sure to choose the email option as well because it comes back much faster, typically within a few days. You can then download or print the clearance form to send it.
RECEIPTS OF FILLING OUT THE FORMS DO NOT COUNT AS HAVING YOUR CLEARANCES. THAT IS NOT THE ACTUAL DOCUMENT.
If you have your clearances at another school, you DO still need to provide a copy at the kindergarten and primary center.
