呼機神氣 隱私權政策

「呼機神氣」(WakeWordApp,以下稱「本App」)由 Kimbee Studio(以下稱「我們」)開發。我們非常重視使用者的隱私,以下說明本App如何處理你的資料。
呼機神氣是一支「語音口令找手機」工具。使用者設定一句口令(例如「小桃兒,在哪裡」),對著手機喊出「OK~」加上口令,手機會播放應答聲、震動或閃爍手電筒,協助使用者找到手機。
本App沒有自己的伺服器,也不會自動把任何資料上傳到網路。
語音辨識(判斷你喊的內容是否為設定的口令)是透過手機作業系統內建的語音辨識服務(Android系統的 SpeechRecognizer,實務上多為Google語音服務)處理,聲音資料的傳輸與處理由該系統服務、依其自身隱私權政策負責,不是本App自行蒐集或上傳。
系統辨識完成後回傳的文字結果,本App只在手機記憶體內當下即時比對是否符合使用者設定的口令。沒有比對成功的辨識內容,本App不會儲存、不會記錄,也不會傳送到任何地方。

以下資料只存在你自己手機裡的App本機儲存空間,不會自動傳送給我們或任何第三方:
自訂口令文字:記住你設定的喚醒口令,供比對使用。
角色選擇、監聽條件設定(如手機靜止時、指定時段):記住你的個人化偏好。
裝置的匿名系統識別碼(Android ID):僅用於在本機計算「7天免費試用期」是否到期,不對應任何個人身分,不會上傳。
執行記錄(運作事件):記錄App的運作狀況,例如監聽服務啟動或停止的時間、App上次被系統結束的原因、麥克風是否被其他App佔用、口令是否比對成功,以及手機機型、Android版本、App版本等基本資訊,用於排除問題。不包含你講話的語音內容或辨識文字;唯一會出現的文字,是比對成功時你自己設定的口令。檔案有大小上限,超過時會自動刪除較舊的部分。
解除安裝App時,上述所有本機資料會隨App一併移除。你也可以隨時透過手機系統設定的「應用程式資訊→清除資料」手動清除;執行記錄也可以在App內的執行記錄畫面按「清除記錄」清除。
App的執行記錄畫面(SETUP畫面長按「說明」)提供「傳給開發者」按鈕。按下後,本App會開啟你手機上的電子郵件App(例如Gmail),並預先填好收件人、主旨與執行記錄內容。
只有在你親自按下電子郵件App的「傳送」後,記錄才會寄出。本App本身不會自動傳送任何資料,你也可以在寄出前檢視、修改或刪除內容,或直接放棄不寄。
寄出的內容即為上方第三節所述的執行記錄,外加你自行補充的文字。郵件會使用你手機上登入的電子郵件帳號寄出,因此我們會收到你的寄件者電子郵件地址。
我們收到的記錄只用於了解並排除你回報的問題,不會用於行銷,也不會提供給任何第三方。
如果你希望我們刪除你寄來的記錄,請寄信到下方第十一節的聯絡信箱,我們會予以刪除。
本App提供App內購買(解鎖完整版功能),交易完全透過 Google Play Billing(Google Play付款系統)處理。本App不會接觸、也不會儲存你的付款資訊(如信用卡卡號)。付款相關資料由Google依其隱私權政策管理,詳見:https://policies.google.com/privacy
本App申請以下Android系統權限,均為實現App核心功能所必要,不做超出說明範圍的用途:
麥克風(RECORD_AUDIO):監聽並辨識使用者喊出的口令,是App的核心功能。
前景服務、前景服務(麥克風類型):讓「持續監聽」服務能穩定在背景運作,並依規定顯示常駐通知讓你隨時知道App正在監聽。
通知(POST_NOTIFICATIONS):顯示上述常駐監聽通知。
喚醒鎖(WAKE_LOCK):確保監聽週期中、以及暫停期間時間到能自動恢復,手機不會提前進入深度睡眠而漏聽。
震動(VIBRATE):找到手機時的震動提醒選項。
調整音訊設定(MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS):找到手機時暫時提高鈴聲/媒體音量,確保應答聲聽得到。
開機通知(RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED):若重開機前監聽功能是開啟的,重開機後顯示一則通知,提醒你點一下打開App恢復監聽。
網路狀態查詢(ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE):僅用來判斷目前有無網路連線,以決定是否優先使用手機的離線語音辨識功能,不會透過此權限傳送任何資料。
請勿打擾存取權限(ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY):監聽期間暫時靜音系統提示音、找到手機時將鈴聲音量調到最大。
本App沒有申請定位、相機、聯絡人、簡訊、儲存空間等權限,也沒有存取這些資料的能力。
本App不含任何廣告SDK,不含第三方分析或追蹤工具,不會將你的任何資料分享、出售給第三方業者用於廣告或行銷目的。
本App非專門設計給兒童使用,也不會刻意向兒童蒐集個人資料。
本App的資料皆儲存在你的裝置本機,你可以隨時透過解除安裝App或清除App資料,完整移除本App在你裝置上留存的所有資訊,無需另外聯繫我們申請刪除。
若你曾經主動寄送執行記錄給我們,可以寄信到下方的聯絡信箱,要求我們刪除。
若本政策內容有變更,我們會更新本頁面上方的生效日期。建議你不定期回來查看最新版本。

本政策僅適用於「呼機神氣」App本身的資料處理方式,不涵蓋Android作業系統、Google語音服務、Gmail等電子郵件服務、Google Play商店等第三方服務自身的隱私權政策,該部分請參閱各該服務提供者公告的政策。

Hujii: Voice Phone Finder ("the App", Chinese name 呼機神氣) is developed by Kimbee Studio ("we"). This policy explains how the App handles your data.
Hujii is a voice-activated phone finder. You set a call phrase (for example "Magic lamp, where are you"). When you say it, your phone plays a voice reply, vibrates or flashes its flashlight to help you find it.
The App has no server of its own and does not automatically upload any data.
Speech recognition is performed by your phone's built-in speech recognition service (Android SpeechRecognizer, usually provided by Google). That service handles any audio according to its own privacy policy; the App does not collect or upload audio itself.
The App only compares the recognized text with your call phrase, in memory, at that moment. Text that does not match is never stored, logged or sent anywhere.

Your custom call phrase: remembers your wake phrase for matching.
Character choice and listening settings (e.g. phone still, time range): remembers your preferences.
Anonymous device identifier (Android ID): only used on the device to calculate the 7-day free trial; not linked to your identity and never uploaded.
Activity log: records how the App runs (when listening started or stopped, why the App was last closed by the system, whether the microphone was busy, whether a phrase matched) plus basic info such as phone model, Android version and App version, to help fix problems. It never contains your speech or recognized text; the only text that appears is your own call phrase when it matches. The log has a size limit and older entries are deleted automatically.
All of this is removed when you uninstall the App. You can also clear it any time via system Settings → Apps → Hujii → Clear data, and clear the log with the "Clear" button on the activity log screen.
The activity log screen (long-press "Help" on the SETUP screen) has an "Email log" button. It opens your email app with the recipient, subject and log already filled in.
The log is only sent if you press Send in your email app yourself. The App never sends anything automatically. You can review, edit or delete the content, or simply not send it.
The email is sent from your own email account, so we will receive your email address.
We use received logs only to investigate and fix the problem you reported. They are never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
To have a log you sent deleted, email us at the address in section 11.
The full version is unlocked through Google Play Billing. The App never sees or stores your payment details. Payments are handled by Google under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): listen for your call phrase, the App's core function.
Foreground service (microphone type): keep listening running reliably, with an ongoing notification so you always know it is listening.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): show the ongoing listening notification.
Wake lock (WAKE_LOCK): keep the listening cycle and the pause timer running so listening resumes on time.
Vibrate (VIBRATE): vibration alert when finding your phone.
Modify audio settings (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS): make sure the reply can be heard.
Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): after a restart, show a notification reminding you to open the App to resume listening.
Network state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): only to check whether you are online, to choose offline speech recognition when possible. No data is sent through it.
Do Not Disturb access (ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY): mute system beeps while listening and raise the ring volume when finding your phone.
The App does not request location, camera, contacts, SMS or storage permissions.
The App contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and never sells or shares your data.
The App is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
All App data lives on your device. You can remove it completely at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data. If you have emailed us a log, you can ask us to delete it.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
