Local, passionate and enthusiastic about breakfast, Wake the Truck Up is striving to become the next food truck to service St. Louis. Born and raised in the 314, we are as St. Louis as toasted rav's or gooey butter.
This isn't the breakfast that St. Louis needs, its the breakfast St. Louis deserves. In 2013, after graduating from Mizzou, Adam Heimos (founder/dumby) was wanting to make the best biscuits ever. After trials and attempts and 5lbs later, they were perfected. This sparked the drive to push further into the magical world of baking. Later came the bagels... boiled and baked, they have the perfect bagel crust and signature chew. Schmear on some cream cheese or enjoy straight, these will be a hit in your home or at the office.
In order to make our dreams a reality, we need your help! Instead of starting with a Kickstarter or GoFundMe page to fund a truck, we are preparing our baked goods at a local commissary. Ordering from our site, here, sends us an email; once we receive that, we will contact you after shortly after for verification and further arrangements!
