Acrobatic Arts is a Professional Curriculum for Acrobatic Dance. The program includes Student exams to promote excellence in tumbling, flexibility, strength, balance, contortion and group/partner tricks. The Acrobatic Arts Syllabus is a comprehensive 12 level program and is available to all dance teachers.
We will be using this syllabus as a guide line to keep track of your progressions and skill set in Limbering, Flexibility, Strength, Tumbling and Balancing.
Set exams for The Academy are ideally the month of December to keep track of progress.
Once a student progresses through the levels, they will earn the designation of a "professional acrobat".

Aerial Arts syllabus is to create awareness in safety, spacial orientation, strength, flexibility and ability. Combining these elements together will create a well rounded aerialist. It is highly recommended that this syllabus is followed strictly with the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Coupling each level will help progress the students safely to the next level. There is an option to partake in Aerial Arts exams once per year.

Ballet is a form of dance used across all of our styles of dance, acrobatics and aerial arts. We support our students wtih a base of technique guided with other styles for transitioning on the floor and fluidity for choreography. It is mandatory for our competitive and performance team to participate in our dance classes and optional but highly encouraged for our technique students.
