Can't watch contents and TV channel
Sometimes content and TV channels are not available at the moment, so please restart your App and TV Box again if you still can't watch, please contact our whatsapp for further assistance
Watch WAKA TV on 1 TV + 1 Mobile at the same time only. (Android 4.4 or above. Includes mobile, TV Box, TV Stick, Smart TV, Chromecast with Android TV).
You can not use one subscription for 2 tv's or 2 mobiles online at the same time

If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, you can do it by following these steps:

Log in using your WakaTV account.
Access the "My Account" tab.
Along with your plan information, you'll find an option to cancel your subscription.
Unfortunately we can not cancel subscriptions . You can cancel the debit order that is on your membersite (auto-renew) the username will stay in the database - you just refrain from topping up/puchace subscriptionĀ

To bind accounts When you input the code without any email or phone number before, or you just use the code to login, the system will remind you to bind. Press OK to bind email or phone
Steps:
Input the right account, and press ok to the next step
Press the send button to get a 4-digit verification code, get the code from your email or phone and input them
Set a password and press submit
You will bind your account successfully. You can only bind one tv and one mobileĀ
To reset your password, please follow these steps: Open this on any internet browser - you can use your laptop or cell phone or tablet

Click "Send code" to receive a 4-digit verification code (in case your account is an e-mail, we suggest you check your e-mail spam box).
Clear Data
To possibly resolve your issue, we suggest you clear the application data. Please follow the steps below:
Close the application and access the deviceās āSettingsā.
Go to Applications > WakaTV > Clear data.
Switch device off, aswell as unplug from the power source(wall plug) leave for 10seconds
Restart your internet router
Lastly, restart your device and reconnect
The DNS error is generally related to the user's connection.
Please try unplugging your modem and device for a few minutes, unplugging all cables and plugging them back in.
