If you need to see a school counselor or school social worker, please email them or reach out for a link to their calendar to schedule an appointment.

If, however, you are at school and need immediate assistance because of a crisis or emergency, please notify your teacher, administration, or come straight to Student Services or the front office for assistance.

Students experiencing a crisis of any kind (anxiety, depression, abuse, suicidal thoughts, food insecurity, etc.) are urged to call the Mental Health Crisis Hotline of Alamance County (VAYA Health) at 1.800.849.6127 to speak with a mental health professional. This hotline is open 24/7/365.
