The published version of "Rank two weak Fano bundles on del Pezzo threefolds of degree five" contains an error in Appendix, which has now been corrected in the arXiv version.
We have found that, in the arXiv version of "Rank two weak Fano bundles on Fano threefolds of Picard rank one", the proof of Theorem 1.5 contains an error. We have not yet been able to fix it, but we are trying hard to release the new version asap.
A preprint with Yuki Hirano titled "Stability conditions on noncommutative crepant resolutions of 3-dimensional isolated singularities" turned out to contain an error, and we have withdrawn it from arXiv for now. We are now preparing the downgrade version of the paper in which we will remove all the incorrect results.
