I’m Wahab Gull, a Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, Operations, and Team Management professional with 13+ years of experience working with local and international clients.

My professional journey has taken me from frontline customer support and call center operations to team leadership, project handling, client management, remote operations, and professional training. 

Over the years, I have worked with international clients and teams across different industries, gaining practical experience in customer service, technical support, administrative support, virtual assistance, dispatch operations, CRM, communication, and team management.

I believe skills are most valuable when they can be applied in the real world. That is why my approach focuses on practical skills, communication, confidence, professionalism, client handling, problem-solving, and workplace readiness.

From Agent to Trainer

My professional journey truly began at Mindbridge, where I started from the ground level as a customer service agent.

Like many people starting their careers, I began by learning the fundamentals — how to communicate with customers, understand their problems, provide the right solutions, and represent a company professionally. But I continued learning, taking responsibility, and developing my skills until I progressed from Agent to Agent Lead, Team Supervisor, and eventually Training Manager.

Every step taught me something different.

As an agent, I learned the importance of customer interaction, communication, patience, and problem-solving. As a team leader and supervisor, I learned how to manage people, monitor performance, handle operational challenges, and achieve team targets. And as a Training Manager, I discovered something that changed the direction of my career.

I realized that I genuinely enjoyed helping people learn, improve, and become confident professionals.

The Achievement Never Ends

Working with international clients has been one of the most valuable parts of my professional journey.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with US-based companies, international teams, and clients, supporting them in areas including customer service, virtual assistance, operations, technical support, administration, dispatch, and team management.

Every international client has brought a new challenge, a new standard, and a new opportunity to learn.
