Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("Developer", "us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the terms then You may not access or use the App.
Our App download/purchase page may contain certain additional terms, conditions and requirements, which constitute a part of the Terms of Service. In case You download/purchase the App through an online store such as Google Play Store, etc. (“Online Store”), please, review the terms and conditions of the owner of that particular Online Store, which may provide for certain additional requirements applicable to the download of the App through that Online Store, its installation and use.

Subject to these Terms, Developer grants You a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for Your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, or use data gathering or extraction tools in connection with the App.
Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the App, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express written consent.
Virtual Currency and Items
The App may include an opportunity for You to earn, buy or obtain in-app virtual currency to access virtual items or virtual goods. Virtual currency and virtual items are not real, do not have monetary value and may not be redeemed for real currency or items. You have no property right to any virtual currency or virtual item. Virtual items or virtual currency may not be transferred or resold in any manner. Developer reserves the right without prior notification to change or limit the price, availability, expiration date or order quantity of any virtual currency or virtual items.
Subscription
Some of our application may contain the s pay a fee for membership. When You buy a subscription, You agree to the following: A subscription fee will be charged to Your chosen payment method in the Online Store. You will be charged the fee displayed at the time of sale. Your subscription will automatically renew each time period until You or we cancel Your subscription. Subscriptions may be weekly, monthly, tri-monthly, semi-annual, annual, or seasonal. Payments for such subscriptions would be charged at Your account at the confirmation of the purchase. Subscription will automatically renew for the same price and duration period as the original subscription package chosen by You, unless You turn off the auto-renew. Your account will be charged for renewal at the cost of the chosen package. You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to the user's account settings after the purchase. You can cancel the subscription at any time and the cancellation will take effect after the end of the last day of that subscription period. Certain of Our subscription services may be offered on a free trial basis for a certain period of time. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through Your account, otherwise it will be renewed as a paid subscription. How to manage Your subscription

Payments
When You pay for a Subscription, Virtual Currencies, and/or Virtual Items, all payments are charged and processed by the Online Store (e.g. the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store). Please review Your Online Store's payment terms for additional payment terms that may apply. You agree that all payments for Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, and Subscriptions are final. No refunds will be given, except in Developer sole and absolute discretion.
Instructions for refund managing
When You purchase the App or its related services, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, the payment for such purchases may be processed either by third parties on Our behalf, or directly by the owner of the Online Store. When purchasing the App or its related services, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, You agree that the digital content will be available to You immediately, and acknowledge that You will lose Your rights to the 14 days cancellation period and refunds available for EU and EEA residents. If You download the App from an Online Store owner, before effecting the purchase from the Mobile Platform, please also review and accept the terms and conditions of that Mobile Platform owner with regard to Your rights to cancel orders and get related refunds.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the App. The products or services available on our App may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the App and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Our App may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Developer
Developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Developer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
In no event shall Developer, nor its employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of Your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the App is at Your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Developer its affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the App will meet Your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Belarus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the App.
Our Apps are NOT intended for users under 13 years of age (whether or not our content has been rated as appropriate for such ages). Therefore, You are NOT authorized to use the App by yourself if You are under 13 years of age. If You are between the ages of 13 and 17, or under the age of majority where You live, You represent that Your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have/has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for Your own interactions and communications, including the transmission, posting, and uploading of information, and are responsible for the consequences of such interactions with and communications to Us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

However, Developer is not obligated to accept unsolicited feedback, suggestions or other information about the App or other aspects of its business. If You provide Developer with feedback or other ideas, You agree that Developer is free to use any feedback provided by You for any purpose without compensation to You, including, without limitation, improvement of its applications or services and creating derivative products.
