Hi, I’m the founder of Wags & Whiskas, and I’ve been caring for animals professionally for years. Before launching my business, I worked hands-on at several local shelters, including the Oakland County Animal Shelter and New Beginnings Animal Rescue. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in handling pets of all kinds—shy, energetic, special-needs, and everything in between.In 2019, I earned my certification as a veterinary assistant, which gave me valuable training in pet health, safety, and basic medical care. While I’m no longer certified, that background still informs the careful, knowledgeable care I provide today.After serving over 80 families across Oakland County, I’m proud to offer high-quality, fear-free pet care that you can trust. From feathered flocks to herds and packs, I’ve cared for them all—and I treat every animal like my own. When I’m not with your pets, you’ll find me crafting or doing agility sports with my dog, Sage.I can’t wait to meet your babies and give them the loving care they deserve!

Hi, I am Tracey. A lifelong animal lover. I grew up with animals in the home. As a teenager, I became the family and neighborhood go-to for pet sitting and walking services.
My favorite brother was our Golden Retriever, Spunky. I always returned for visits with him and he would stay over for a sleepover whenever possible. Now as an adult, I’ve continued this passion for animals with Wags & Whiskas. As a fear free and pet CPR certified sitter, I provide care your fur babies can trust in.
I adore my own child and grand dogs, Lincoln and Stella, and their friends. It makes my life so special and bright!
I love animals, and they love me back. There is nothing quite like the excitement on their sweet faces when first opening the door up. My favorite days are the ones I get to spend with my pets. I have gained experience with all breeds and sizes of dogs since starting here, and I would love to include your pets as the highlight of my day.

Hi, I’m Brett, a dedicated animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I started my journey at the Oakland County Animal Shelter, where I work with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Before then, I used to regularly provide in-home pet care to family friends, including walking, feeding, playtime, and administering medications. What sets me apart is my focus on customer service! I always listen closely to your needs, follow instructions carefully, and keep you updated so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.As a male pet care provider, I understand that some pet owners might have questions or concerns. I always approach every client and pet with respect, warmth, and professionalism. Many clients have told me their pets responded really well to my calm, confident energy. I'm here to make sure your pet feels safe, and that you feel fully at ease too.I treat every pet like my own and I truly love what I do.
