About me
I am a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Anatomy (CBNA) at the Medical College of Wisconsin, USA.
I have been using molecular biology techniques to investigate the mechanisms behind ageing. My doctoral thesis was focused on post-ovulatory oocyte ageing and histone modifications. Currently, I am working on neurodegeneration and ageing. We are using Caenorhabditis elegans as a model organism to investigate this. In addition, I have long experience working with another model organism, zebrafish (Danio rerio).
