1. Who publishes WagerInsights
WagerInsights is an independent information website published by Wagerinsights-info.

These terms apply when a person accesses or uses the public WagerInsights website.
2. What the website provides
WagerInsights publishes general explanations of horse-racing wagering terminology, market structure, consumer risk and Australian regulation. It is an editorial publication, not a gambling product.
WagerInsights does not:
accept, transmit or settle a wager;
hold or manage customer funds;
create betting accounts;
provide personalised selections or advice;
promise winnings or identify a “safe” wager;
rank or recommend bookmakers; or
receive affiliate commission from gambling operators.
Nothing on the website is an invitation, recommendation or instruction to gamble. A worked example illustrates terminology only and is not a current offer, price or forecast.
3. Adult audience
The content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. A person under 18 should not use the website to learn how to place a wager or submit information through the contact form.
4. Editorial accuracy
The publisher aims to use identifiable sources and to show publication and review dates. Racing rules, laws, regulator guidance and provider terms can change. Readers should verify time-sensitive information with the relevant regulator, legislation source or licensed provider.
Errors may be reported to horse@wagerinsights-info.com. WagerInsights may correct, clarify, update or remove material when appropriate. An editorial correction does not create an obligation to provide personalised advice or resolve a dispute with a third party.
5. No commercial endorsement
References to a regulator, racing body, event, product category or provider are included only when relevant to the explanation. A reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a commercial relationship.
WagerInsights does not use bookmaker affiliate links. If the site’s funding or commercial relationships change, those relationships must be disclosed clearly before affected material is published.
6. Permitted use
Readers may access the public pages for personal, educational and non-commercial use. They may share a normal link to a page and quote a short passage with clear attribution.
Without written permission, a person must not republish a substantial part of the website, present WagerInsights content as their own, remove attribution, sell copied material, scrape the site at disruptive scale or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation.
7. External websites
Links to government agencies, legislation, support services and racing organisations are provided for reference. External websites control their own content, availability, security and privacy practices. WagerInsights does not control them and does not receive bookmaker referral payments.
8. Contact form conduct
The contact form is intended for editorial questions, corrections, privacy requests and accessibility feedback. Users must not submit unlawful material, malicious code, harassment, another person’s confidential information without authority, or gambling-account credentials.
WagerInsights may disregard abusive, automated or unrelated submissions and may take proportionate steps to protect the website and inbox.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be received through Google Sites, Google Forms and email, why it is used, how long direct enquiries are retained and how to contact the responsible publisher.
10. Responsibility for decisions
Readers remain responsible for their own decisions and for checking current rules that apply to them. WagerInsights does not know a reader’s finances, health, legal position or personal circumstances and cannot assess whether any gambling activity is appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for a loss caused by treating general educational material as personalised advice, relying on information after it has become outdated, or using a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
11. Availability and changes
The publisher may update, reorganise or withdraw website content and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. The effective date above will be changed when these terms are materially revised. Dates must reflect actual publication history and must not be backdated.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
