At the end of the year in Japanese culture, it is a custom to take time to revisit the memories of the past year and appreciate the lessons from each moment.  Also, we welcome the coming year with new hopes and be ready to respect our time.  Wishes are placed in each kind of food to Osechi-ryouri (new year's meal) for your health & wellness.  Carefully collaborated with 'Something from the Sea. Something from the Mountains. Something from the Fields' to appreciate what is given to us.
