Waffer is a personal budget tracking application developed by Finora Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user data.
Waffer allows users to enter and manage personal financial information such as expenses, income, categories, notes, and related budgeting data. This data is stored locally on the user's device.
Waffer may request access to the camera to scan receipts and extract text using OCR features. The camera is used only when the user chooses to scan a receipt and is never used in the background.
Receipt images and extracted text are used only to help users create expense records. Processing may occur on the device using available OCR components.
All budget data, transactions, categories, and settings are stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for securing access to their device.
Waffer uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads that allow users to unlock certain features.
AdMob may collect and process data such as:

Device information
Interaction with ads
This data is used to provide and improve advertising services.
Waffer may use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the user experience. This may include technical and usage data.
Waffer uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability.
We do not sell user data. Some data may be processed by trusted third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.
Waffer is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
Users can manage or delete their data within the app or by clearing app data from device settings.
