ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

•  ข้อมูลตำแหน่ง: เมื่อผู้ใช้อำนวยสิทธิ์ แอปอาจเข้าถึงตำแหน่งปัจจุบัน พิกัด ตำแหน่งที่เลือก และตำแหน่งเบื้องหลังที่จำเป็นต่อ Geofence

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างและจัดการรายการเตือน ตรวจจับการเข้าสู่พื้นที่ ส่งการแจ้งเตือน แสดงแผนที่และประวัติ จดจำการตั้งค่า และยืนยันหรือกู้คืนการซื้อ Waena Pro

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลตำแหน่งหรือใช้สร้างโปรไฟล์เพื่อการโฆษณา แอปไม่มีการแสดงโฆษณา

การจัดเก็บและบริการภายนอก

ข้อมูลรายการเตือน การตั้งค่า และประวัติส่วนใหญ่จัดเก็บบนอุปกรณ์จนกว่าผู้ใช้จะลบ ล้างข้อมูล หรือถอนการติดตั้ง แอปใช้ Google Maps เพื่อแสดงแผนที่และตำแหน่ง

และใช้ RevenueCat เพื่อจัดการการซื้อ Pro ผู้ให้บริการแผนที่ การจัดการการสมัครใช้บริการ หรือโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลในประเทศอื่นตามนโยบายของตน

สิทธิและการติดต่อ

ผู้ใช้สามารถลบข้อมูลในอุปกรณ์โดยลบรายการ ล้างข้อมูลแอป หรือถอนการติดตั้งได้ หากมีคำถามหรือต้องการใช้สิทธิด้านข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

This policy explains how Waena collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the app.

Information we collect

•  Location information: when permission is granted, current location, coordinates, selected reminder locations, and background location required for geofencing.

•  Reminder information: reminder text, target locations and coordinates, notification radius, category, type, status, creation date, and last-triggered time.

•  Settings and history: language, notification preferences, quiet hours, theme, default radius, and notification history.

• Waena Pro purchases: RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and purchase, subscription, and entitlement information to validate transactions 

and determine Pro access. We do not provide RevenueCat with reminder text or saved reminder locations.

•  Contact information: if you email us, we may receive your name, email address, and the details you provide.
  
  

How we use information

We use information to create and manage reminders, detect entry into selected areas, deliver notifications, display maps and history, remember settings,

and validate or restore Waena Pro purchases. We do not sell location information or use it to create advertising profiles. The app does not display advertising.

Storage and third-party services

Reminder data, settings, and history are primarily stored on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Waena uses Google Maps

to display maps and locations, and RevenueCat to manage Pro purchases. Map, subscription-management, or infrastructure providers may process data in other

countries under their own policies.

Your rights and contact

You can delete on-device data by deleting reminders, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. For questions or privacy-rights requests,
