Our favorites include: Portage Point Beach in Onekama, Pierport Beach off M22 between Onekama and Arcadia, Arcadia Beach, and hiking to the beach from the Greenpoint Trail.

Crystal Mountain is outstanding year-round!

Their summer activities include a water park, mountain biking, a gorgeous golf course, and lovely dining.

In winter, hit the slopes on skis or a snowboard or the trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, or fat-tire biking!

A cute downtown destination for shopping, dining, and then a walk on the pier! You can do it all in Frankfort, which is a quick and beautiful drive up M22!

A day spent in TC is a day well spent! Head north on 31 for a day on the bay, Front Street shopping, and dining that will leave you fully satisfied.

Head up to TC and the peninsula to sip wine and dip your toes in the sparkly blue bay. This is a divine way to spend a day any time of the year.

Northern Michigan shopping is a blast! Here in Bear Lake we recommend Maggie's on the south shore and Wee Bee Jammin' at the corner of Norconk and 31.

Downtown Beulah, downtown Frankfort, and Traverse City all offer fun shopping experiences to meet all your needs!
