How to get there: Enter the University via the main gate, walk straight ahead  and you will see the STARY BUW building.

Guided tour: On Tuesday afternoon there will be a guided tour in Warsaw. Everyone is welcome, but it will be paid 50 PLN per participant.

The tour will take place on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, ending with sunset at Varso Tower, which has the highest terrace in the EU. Tickets for Varso Tower (~60 PLN) need to be purchased individually. To book your ticket, please visit:

You can decide at the very last moment to participate. If tickets for the terrace are already sold out, it will still be possible to take part in the tour, just without the city view part.

Conference dinner: On Wednesday September 24th at 19:30 there will be a conference dinner at Peaches GastroGirls: the address of the restaurant is Stalowa 36, 03-429 Warszawa. You can easily reach the restaurant by metro line M2, the stop is called "Szwedzka".
