EAE Apps ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game Waddle Hunt: Hidden Ducks (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information processed
The Game does not require you to create a named account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access. Firebase may create a random anonymous account identifier so progress and leaderboard scores can be associated with the same installation.
The following information may be processed automatically:
• Gameplay and app activity: levels started or completed, game mode, screen views, virtual-item use, ad placements, purchase-flow status, session activity, and similar interaction events.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, country or general region, IP address, advertising identifier where permitted, crash information, diagnostics, and performance data.
• Advertising information: ad impressions, ad interactions, consent choices, and information used to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize ads where the user has consented and applicable law permits.
• Purchase information: product identifiers and purchase status needed to process and restore in-app purchases. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not received by us.
• Local game data: progress, coins, hints, rewards, settings, and entitlements are stored on your device.
• Leaderboard data: score, progress level, streak and an automatically generated nickname may be displayed to other players. No real name is requested. Campaign progress remains stored locally on the device.
• Notifications: if you opt in, a device messaging token may be processed to deliver daily challenge or event reminders. You can disable notifications in Android settings.
How information is used
Information is used to:
• operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
• save progress locally and deliver gameplay features;
• understand level difficulty, engagement, and technical performance;
• operate shared daily challenges and display leaderboards;
• configure events and gameplay balancing without requiring an app update;
• prevent abuse and diagnose errors;
• show and measure ads;
• process and restore in-app purchases; and
• comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
The Game uses services provided by Google, including:
• Google Firebase Analytics, Anonymous Authentication, Realtime Database, Remote Config, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging for analytics, anonymous leaderboard identity, leaderboards, live configuration, crash diagnostics and optional notifications;
• Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform for advertising, measurement, and consent management; and
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases.

Advertising choices and consent
Where required, the Game asks for advertising consent before requesting personalized ads. You may receive non-personalized or limited ads depending on your choices, age, region, device settings, and applicable law. You can also reset or limit your Android advertising identifier in your device settings.
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only when you choose to watch an eligible rewarded ad. Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks between levels. Purchasing the Remove Ads product disables interstitial advertising but does not remove voluntary rewarded-ad offers.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers listed above so they can provide analytics, advertising, consent, and payment services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. Leaderboard records may remain until deletion is requested or they are no longer needed to provide the Game. Diagnostic and analytics records are retained according to configured Firebase settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. You may clear local game data through Android settings or by uninstalling the Game, disable notifications in Android settings, and review advertising consent in the Game. For deletion of leaderboard data, contact us at eaesoftwares@gmail.com. We may need the anonymous player identifier shown by the Game to locate the record.
Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at the privacy-policy URL shown on the Google Play listing, with its effective date updated.
