Alma / Primo Project

Beginning in 2015, a number of the community college libraries in Washington state joined together as part of the ALMA PRIMO Project. The goal of the ALMA PRIMO Project was to successfully adopt and implement a new library services platform in participating colleges to enable collaboration and resource sharing across the participating institutions.

The project planning and direction was led by the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), with project implementation led by Ex Libris Group, a ProQuest Company, the platform vendor, and consortium staff. The project kicked off in early 2016, with successful completion in August 2017.
