The purpose of the Sharks Swim Team is to develop the swimming potential in the Mount Carmel area.  The team provides a positive atmosphere for all interested individuals to participate in competitive swimming. 

Every team member is given the opportunity to excel as a competitive swimmer through the progressive development of his or her individual potential and swimming skills.
