1. App Purpose
WA Backup & Restore Messages is a personal utility app that helps manage, back up, restore, and export chat data stored on a device or selected storage locations.
This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp, Meta, or any related brands.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure they have rights to back up and store chat data
Maintain security of devices and backup files
Use subscription features in compliance with these Terms
3. Data Ownership & Privacy
All chat data belongs to the user
The App does not claim ownership of user content
Data is processed locally or stored in user-selected locations
Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy
4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Subscription Details:
Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscription prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from:
iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
5. Free Trials (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered:
It converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
Only one free trial may be available per Apple ID
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription purchase
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription payments are handled by Apple
The developer does not process refunds directly
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple
Users may request a refund by visiting:
Apple Support → Report a Problem
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period, unless approved by Apple.
7. Advertisements & Analytics
The App may display advertisements and use analytics tools.
Ads may be personalized only with user consent
Analytics data is anonymous and used to improve app performance
Chat content is never used for ads or analytics
8. iCloud & Third-Party Services
If iCloud sync or third-party services are enabled:
Data handling is governed by the service provider’s policies
The developer does not control or access third-party services
Users are responsible for managing their accounts and settings
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided “as is”
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
The developer is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or device issues
Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups.
10. Termination
The developer may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Abuse or misuse is detected
Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App remain with the developer.
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.
12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
