Artist Statement 

My work is derived from nothing but a feeling, then splat it to a physical form, no thought beyond a janky image of the final result that floated in my brain.  Drawing is used as a form of escapism then expression, with a mixture of various paint types and physical mediums of the soft variety, sometimes planned before with sketching and digital painting; others are going no pants in.  

To create something that feels whimsy and a source of escapism in our current world – with style emulation based on fantasy of several varieties, and 1980’s Halloween commercials.  

The interpretation of each piece is up to the viewer; I have my own, but seeing what others think is happening is much more engaging than having it explicitly laid out.
