Please click on the registration button to proceed to the W2GIS 2023 conference registration. You must create an account first, then register for the conference. The registration process will not be considered complete until you have completed your payment.

Pricing

Regular and student registration fees are listed below. All prices are in Canadian Dollars​. In order to apply for student registration, a copy of the student ID card must be uploaded during the registration process.

Early Bird: until April 20, 2023 

• Student registration: 150 $  CAD                            (does not include the gala Dinner)

• Regular registration: 250 $ CAD                             (does not include the gala Dinner)

Regular: April 20, 2023 – May 31, 2023 

• Student registration: 200 $ CAD                             (does not include the gala Dinner)

• Regular registration: 300 $ CAD                              (does not include the gala Dinner)

Late / On-site: After May 31, 2023, and during the conference

• Student registration: 200 $ CAD                             (does not include the gala Dinner)

• Regular registration: 350 $ CAD                              (does not include the gala Dinner)

Gala Diner (12 June in Restaurant Aux Anciens Canadiens )  

•  Ticket for Gala Diner   110 $ CAD /per person (invities need an additional registration)

Authors Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee before the end of the early bird registration period. If the payment is not received within the aforementioned deadline, the paper will not appear in the proceedings of the conference. 

Cocktail Reception

• A cocktail reception will be held on 11 June 

• Entry to the cocktail reception is included for all conference attendees

Gala Dinner

• A conference dinner will be held on 12 June 

• All attendees are invited to purchase a dinner ticket for participation in the conference Gala Dinner

• The attendees are welcome to purchase an extra dinner ticket for a guest.

Attendance, Purchase, and Refund Policy

1. Attendance

• Registration is a condition of attendance of W2GIS 2023.

• If you request a ticket refund you will not be able to present at the event. 

• If no author for your paper presents at the conference, your paper will be removed from the proceedings.

• W2GIS 2023 is an in-person conference. All attendees are required to register and particpate to the conference. For exceptinal cases please contact local organizing committee.

• Full registration prices will apply to all conference attendees, whether in-person or virtual

2. Currency

• All purchases for the W2GIS 2023 conference are in Canadian Dollars.

3. Payment Methods

• We only accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.

4. Service Fees, Processing Fees, Taxes

• Prices include all fees and taxes.

5. Ticket Transfer

• if you wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact us for coordination.

6. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

•  If the event is cancelled, we will issue a refund minus a withholding fee to cover costs incurred up to date.

7. Refunds

•  Refunds must be requested by the participant.

• We will accept refund requests up to two (2) weeks prior to the event (Monday 29 May, 23:59 Eastern time).

•  After Monday 29 May 23:59 (Eastern time), refunds will not be accepted.

• Refunds will cover the cost of the registration minus a 10% withholding fee.
