If no preset is retrieved, open Bluetooth settings and ensure WAZA-AIR MIDI is connected. Once Connected, the current preset will be retrieve upon exiting Bluetooth settings. To close the Bluetooth settings, simply swipe the window away.
Select any of the 6 presets with the preset 1 through 6 buttons. This retrieves the preset settings on all the controls and levels. Note that there is a 2 second delay imposed between preset switching (the preset buttons will be dimmed during this delay). This delay is to allow the information of the preset to be retrieved and update the screen (the preset change on the headset is instant but the user interface needs time to receive the new values).
For each of the 5 effects, the selected effect color block is displayed above the effect gauge (green, red, or yellow border with the effect name). Changing the effect is done by tapping the effect name which will cycle through the three effect colors assigned to that preset.
The effects can also be changed in any of the given effect color block. Simply tap the swap icon on the left of the effect block to open the effect lookup. Selecting any available effect will activate it, making it easy to sample effects and the last selected effect will be the active one for the given color block. Exit the effects lookup with the close button.
Some effect settings can also be adjusted. Simply tap the levels icon on the right of the effect block to open the effect editing screen. Adjust settings for the given effect as needed and exit the effect editing with the close button. Note that not all effects expose editing, if none are defined, a message to that effect will be shown when tapping the effect editing button.
On the effect gauges, use the slider under the gauge to adjust the level and tap the gauge to toggle the given effect on or off. Turning on will return to the previous value.
The bass, middle, and treble can be adjusted with the dedicated equalizer sliders.
The Preset and Global EQ settings are accesible via the icons to the left and right of the EQ Sliders.
The amp, gyro, and sound selector section can be used to select the desired setting. The selected option is highligted in white.
Use Midi Learn mode to assign CC codes from midi pedal buttons or expression pedals and assign to any of the controls enabled for CC mapping. Once in this mode, press the button on the pedal or move the fader to receive the code, which will show as the 'Learned Code' and then simply tap the control you wish to assign this code to. To clear a previously assigned code, double tap on the control. To access a popup screen whose icon is showing as a Midi Learn, use a long press. Midi Learn codes are automatically saved and will be preserved when opening the app again.
A battery level indicator is available in the menu bar, which will display the battery level of the headphones.
The screen can be zoomed in with a pinch gesture. This can be especially useful in split view mode to show all or part of the screen in the restricted split screen pane. To reset to full screen, either zoom back out or press the Reset Zoom button at the top of the screen.
Changes made to a preset can be saved using the Save Preset button at the bottom of the screen.
