• You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

• You agree to provide accurate and lawful information while using the app.

1.2 Services Offered

Vyapar Tracker helps you:

• Manage khata/ledger accounts.

• Record customer and supplier transactions.

• Tracker outstanding balances.

• Analyze monthly purchases and sales.

• Generate and share account statements in PDF format.

• Securely store and sync your business data using servers.

1.3 Data Storage

• All data is stored securely in our cloud database.

• On Delete Account, all user data is permanently removed from our servers.

1.4 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and device security.

• You are responsible for the correctness of your entries (customer names, invoices, amounts, etc.).

• You must not use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

1.5 Limitations of Liability

• Vyapar Tracker is a digital record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

• We take reasonable steps to secure your data in the cloud, but no system is 100% secure.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to compromised credentials or user negligence.

1.6 Modifications

We may update or modify the app and its terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, phone, and login details for account creation.

• Business Data: Customer/supplier details, ledger entries, outstanding balances, etc.

• Device Data: Basic, non-identifiable information such as device type and operating system (used only for app performance improvements).

2.2 How We Use Data

• To provide you with core features like ledger management, outstanding tracking, PDF reports.

• To securely store your business records in our cloud servers.

• To improve app stability and performance.

• To send important notifications (if enabled).

2.3 Data Sharing

• We do not sell, or share your business data with any third party.

• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

2.4 Data Security

• All data is stored in secure cloud databases with encryption and access controls.

• We regularly update our systems to protect against unauthorized access.

• Despite security measures, users should take care to protect login credentials.

2.5 Data Deletion

• Users may request account deletion at any time from within the app or by contacting support.

• When an account is deleted, all user data (personal + business records) will be permanently deleted from our cloud servers.

2.6 Your Rights

• You can view, edit, and delete your data anytime from the app.

• You can delete account to erase all stored data from our servers.

• You may opt out of promotional communications.
