# Privacy Policy - Vyapar GST Pro

Vyapar GST Pro helps users create GST invoices, manage customers, items, inventory, reports and encrypted backups.
## Data Stored By The App
The app may store the following information on the user's device:
- Business profile details such as business name, GSTIN, address, bank details, invoice settings, logo and signature.
- Customer details such as name, GSTIN, address, email and mobile number.
- Item, inventory, invoice, payment and GST report data entered by the user.
- Generated invoice PDFs and exported report files.
- Google account profile details used for sign-in: name, email address and profile photo URL.
## Google Sign-In
The app uses Google Sign-In only to identify the signed-in user and keep the user logged in on the device. The app does not store the user's Google password.
## Google Drive Backup
When the user taps Backup to Google Drive, the app creates an encrypted backup and stores it in the app's private Google Drive app data folder. The backup is used only for restore inside Vyapar GST Pro. The app does not browse, read or modify the user's other Google Drive files.
## Permissions
- Internet: used for Google sign-in, Google Drive backup/restore and user-started sharing flows.
- Camera: used when the user chooses to capture business media.
- Photos / media: used when the user chooses logo, signature or image files.
## Automatic Cloud Backup
Android automatic cloud backup for the app database, invoices and preferences is disabled. Device-to-device transfer may move app data when the user chooses phone migration.
## Data Sharing
The app does not sell user data. Data is shared only when the user starts an action such as sharing an invoice, exporting a report or backing up to Google Drive.
## Account Deletion
The app includes a Delete my account option in Settings. This removes the local login account from the device and signs the user out. Business records are not deleted by that action unless the user separately deletes them.
