Artissavvy(이하 '회사' 또는 '개발자')은(는) 사용자의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, "정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률", "개인정보보호법" 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 VXplorer(이하 '앱')가 사용자 기기의 데이터 및 개인정보를 어떻게 취급하는지 설명합니다.

가장 중요한 점: VXplorer는 오프라인 기반의 파일 관리 도구이며, 사용자의 파일, 미디어, 비밀번호 등 민감한 데이터를 개발자의 서버로 절대 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 데이터 및 권한 요구 (핵심 권한 안내)

VXplorer는 원활한 파일 관리 기능 제공을 위해 기기 내 다음의 권한 및 데이터를 요청하고 접근합니다. 모든 데이터 처리는 기기 내부(Local)에서만 이루어집니다.

• 모든 파일 접근 권한 (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

  • 이유: 기기 내장 메모리 및 외부 SD 카드, USB OTG에 있는 파일/폴더를 탐색, 복사, 이동, 삭제, 이름 변경, 압축(ZIP, RAR 등)하는 앱의 핵심 기능을 제공하기 위해 필수적으로 사용됩니다.

  • 처리 방식: 앱 내에서 파일을 표시하고 관리하기 위해서만 사용되며, 기기 외부로 유출되거나 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
    
    

• 설치된 앱 목록 접근 (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES)

  • 이유: '앱 관리자(App Manager)' 기능을 통해 기기에 설치된 앱의 목록을 표시하고, 사용자가 선택한 앱의 APK 백업 파일을 추출하기 위해 사용됩니다.
    
    

• 네트워크 계정 정보 (SMB, FTP, WebDAV, 클라우드 등)

  • 이유: 사용자가 로컬 네트워크(PC 등) 또는 원격 서버에 접속하기 위해 입력한 호스트 주소, ID, 비밀번호 정보입니다.

  • 처리 방식: 이 정보는 원격 접속 기능에만 사용되며, 기기 내부에 안전하게 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 외부 서버로 무단 전송되지 않습니다.
    
    

• 생체 인증 데이터 (지문/얼굴 인식)

  • 이유: 보안 폴더인 'VXplorer Vault'를 잠금 및 해제하기 위해 사용됩니다.

  • 처리 방식: Android 시스템의 공식 인증 API만 호출할 뿐, 앱 자체가 사용자의 생체 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
    
    

2. 데이터의 보안 및 암호화 (VXplorer Vault)

VXplorer는 사용자의 민감한 파일을 보호하기 위해 최고 수준의 보안 기능을 제공합니다.

• VXplorer Vault (보안 금고): 사용자가 Vault로 이동시킨 파일은 AES-GCM 알고리즘 및 Android Keystore 시스템을 통해 기기 로컬에서 강력하게 암호화됩니다.

• 암호화된 데이터는 기기 소유자의 생체 인증이나 기기 잠금 해제를 통해서만 복호화할 수 있으며, 개발자를 포함한 그 누구도 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
  
  

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 공유

VXplorer는 사용자의 개인정보나 파일 데이터를 제3자에게 제공, 판매, 공유하지 않습니다. 단, 사용자가 앱 내에서 타사 클라우드 서비스(Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive 등)를 직접 연결하는 경우, 해당 서비스와의 데이터 송수신은 사용자의 명시적 동의 하에 이루어지며 해당 클라우드 제공업체의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 파기

VXplorer는 사용자 데이터를 개발자의 서버에 보관하지 않으므로, 사용자가 앱에서 데이터를 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 기기에서 제거(Uninstall)하면 모든 관련 데이터는 파기됩니다.

• 스마트 휴지통 (Smart Recycle Bin): 삭제된 로컬 파일은 휴지통으로 이동하며, 사용자가 '영구 삭제' 또는 '휴지통 비우기'를 실행하면 기기에서 완전히 삭제됩니다.

• 앱 삭제 시 유의사항: 앱을 삭제할 경우 기기 내부에 저장된 네트워크 연결 프로필 및 설정이 모두 파기됩니다. 특히 VXplorer Vault에 보관된 파일은 앱 삭제 또는 데이터 지우기 수행 시 영구적으로 복구 불가능하게 삭제되므로 사전에 꺼내기(복호화)를 해야 합니다.
  
  

5. 아동의 개인정보 보호

VXplorer는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 개인정보를 서버로 전송하지 않는 유틸리티 앱이므로 연령에 관계없이 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

Artissavvy (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Developer") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how VXplorer (hereinafter referred to as "the App") handles your data and privacy on your device.

Key Point: VXplorer is a local-first file management tool. We NEVER transfer or collect your personal files, media, or passwords to our servers.

1. Data Collection and Permissions

To provide core file management features, VXplorer requests access to the following sensitive permissions. All data processing occurs strictly on your device (Locally).

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

  • Purpose: Required to browse, copy, move, delete, rename, and compress/decompress files and folders on internal storage, SD cards, and USB OTG.

  • Handling: Data is accessed only to display and manage files within the App. It is never uploaded to external servers.
    
    

• Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES)

  • Purpose: Used for the 'App Manager' feature to list installed applications and allow users to extract APK backups.
    
    

• Network Credentials (SMB, FTP, WebDAV, Cloud, etc.)

  • Purpose: Required to connect to local networks (PCs) or remote servers.

  • Handling: Credentials are encrypted and stored locally on your device only for connection purposes.
    
    

• Biometric Data (Fingerprint/Face Recognition)

  • Purpose: Used to lock and unlock the 'VXplorer Vault'.

  • Handling: The App uses official Android Biometric APIs and does not collect or store your actual biometric patterns.
    
    

2. Security and Encryption (VXplorer Vault)

• VXplorer Vault: Files moved to the Vault are encrypted locally using AES-GCM and the Android Keystore system.

• The data can only be decrypted by the device owner through biometric authentication or device lock. The Developer has no access to this data.
  
  

3. Third-Party Sharing

VXplorer does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. If you connect to third-party cloud services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), their respective privacy policies will apply to those interactions.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Since we do not store your data on our servers, deleting files in the app or uninstalling the app will remove the associated local data.

• Smart Recycle Bin: Deleted files stay in the recycle bin until you choose to 'Permanently Delete' or 'Empty Bin'.

• Caution: If you uninstall the App, all local settings and encrypted files in the VXplorer Vault will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

VXplorer does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in laws or App features. Significant changes will be notified via the App's description on the Google Play Store.
