While we do not guarantee housing, we give you the tools, knowledge, and a certificate of completion + letter of recommendation that many landlords and agencies recognize as a sign of responsibility and effort.

Our program is designed for first-time renters, those facing housing barriers (like eviction history or low credit), and renters looking to stay in good standing with landlords. It's also helpful for housing agencies and nonprofits serving these groups.

4. What will I learn in the program?

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand rental agreements

• Communicate effectively with landlords

• Improve your rental history and credibility

• Address barriers like credit or background issues

• Connect with real resources (furniture, food, jobs, etc.)

5. Is there a cost to participate?

Yes, but we offer affordable tiered pricing. You may also qualify for a scholarship or donor sponsorship through our "Sponsor a Renter" program. Some agencies may cover your fee if they’re partnered with us.
