Hi everyone! My name is Shyanna but you can call me Shy! I am entering my last year of Civil Engineering. I play on Carleton's soccer team, so I love to be active. I am also a huge Kobe Bryant fan! I can’t wait to meet you all this summer!

They said it couldn't be done, but we are here to prove them wrong. That's right, we are bringing together the world of robotics and soccer! Campers will build their own robots to compete in a game of soccer.

Campers will learn how to 3D model a catapult using CAD design software. Be careful with your measurements because we will be testing your design in the SimLab!

Campers will use their circuit skills to assemble a pen-plotting drawing bot! We're taking doodles to the next level.

What's in your sports drink? Campers will investigate the importance of electrolytes to the human body. 

Ever created fire from water or crushed metal with the atmosphere? Campers will learn all about electrolysis, expansion, states of matter, and pressure.

Why use fossil fuels when we have energy all around us? Campers will harness the power of water by creating a working hydro turbine.

In this activity campers will use design and wire their own solar panels to generate energy from the sun.
