Depending on the providers actually used by Vulgata, information may be processed in countries including Australia, the United States and other countries in which our service providers operate.
The precise countries may change as our technology providers change.

To make a request:

However, certain functions may require identification.
For example, we may need an identifiable account to:
Provide account-based services
Manage Premium Membership
Respond to account-specific requests
Process account deletion requests
Australian privacy law recognises anonymity and pseudonymity subject to applicable exceptions.
Vulgata is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorisation, please contact:
info@connectct.com.au
We will assess the request and take appropriate action where required.
Some information users voluntarily enter into Vulgata may potentially contain sensitive personal information.
For example, users may choose to write personal information about their beliefs, relationships, wellbeing, experiences or other matters in their Book of Shadows or notes.
We do not require you to enter such information to use general Vulgata content.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with it being stored and processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
Vulgata does not sell personal information to third parties.
We may, however, disclose information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the App, provide services, maintain security, process subscriptions, analyse performance or comply with legal obligations.

Other device features
We will only request permissions needed for features that use them.
You can manage permissions through your device settings.
If a permission is not actually used by the final version of Vulgata, it should not be declared in the App Store or Google Play disclosures.
Vulgata may provide links to websites or online resources.
Those websites may use cookies or other technologies according to their own privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites.
