VU H. TRAN

I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Computer Science, the University of Oxford. Prior to that, I was a pos-doctoral research scientist at the School of Information Systems, Singapore Management University. I graduated from the same university in December 2019 with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, under the supervision of Professor Archan MISRA . My Ph.D. research theme was low-latency motion sensing on energy harvesting wearables. Previously I was a research intern at Nokia Bell-Labs in Cambridge working in the field of sensor fusion.

I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Engineering at Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology, Vietnam in 2009 and 2012. From 2008 to 2010, I was working at Renesas Design Vietnam as a CPU design engineer.
