This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information we collect, use, share, retain, and the security of your information in relation to our mobile applications ("Applications" or "Apps") and mobile services ("Services"). BY INSTALLING THE APPS ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE APPS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES ON YOUR DEVICE. Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, efficient and customized experience and to provide you with Services and features that better meet your needs or requests.
1. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
We do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, or photos. We do not require you to create an account or sign in to use our Apps.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Apps, the following information may be collected automatically by us or our third-party service providers:
Device identifiers, including your Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID/GAID)
Device information such as device model, brand, manufacturer, and operating system version
IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
Network type and device language
App usage data, including session length, in-app events, ads viewed, and ad interactions
Crash logs and diagnostic data
Under privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA, some of this information (including Advertising ID and IP address) may be considered personal data.
The information collected is used to:
Operate and maintain the Apps
Display advertising, including personalized advertising, through third-party ad networks
Analyze app performance, user behavior, and demographics to improve the Apps
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
Comply with legal obligations
We share information with third-party advertising and analytics partners as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
We accept advertisements from third-party ad networks which may be displayed in our Apps. These partners may collect information about you within the Apps, including your Advertising ID, device type, brand, model, network type, device language, and IP address, in order to deliver targeted advertising and measure ad performance.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Locally stored app data (settings, progress) remains on your device until you uninstall the App.
Advertising and analytics data processed by our third-party partners is retained according to their respective retention policies, typically between 14 and 26 months.
Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 14 months.
Aggregated and anonymized data, which cannot be used to identify you, may be retained indefinitely for statistical and research purposes.
Data required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
After the applicable retention period, data is either deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. There are several ways to do this:
Locally stored data: Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
Advertising data: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID on Android). You may also opt out of personalized advertising directly with our partners:

Email request: To request deletion of any data associated with you, contact us at vtrostudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the App name, your device's Advertising ID (if known), and approximate dates of use. We will process your request within 30 days.
Some data may be retained after a deletion request where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at vtrostudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to remove that information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at vtrostudio@gmail.com.
The Apps may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. If you choose to click through to one of these websites or services, please note that any information you may provide will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that website or service, and not to this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites or services, and the fact that a link to such a website or service appears in the Apps does not mean that we endorse them or have approved their policies or practices relating to user information. Before providing any information to any third-party website or service, we encourage you to review their privacy policy and terms. You agree that Vtro will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and handling of that information.
Vtro reserves the right to share your information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order to: (1) conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process served upon us; (2) protect or defend our legal rights or property; or (3) investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of the terms and conditions of using our Apps and Services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/view/vtrostudio/privacy-policy and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps and Services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.
