I have been working out and studying exercise science for almost a decade. I have studied various topics such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and the psychology of physical activity. I have also gained practical experience by training myself and others in different settings and scenarios.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help you achieve your fitness and health goals, whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle, improving performance, or simply feeling better.
